Description
Thatched-roof villa , with island kitchen 2 bedrooms and bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub , also an outdoor private sauna is available . There are 3 private parking spaces , 1 parking space with charging station . Large garden with terrace , BBQ .
Our house was built in 2021 and is very well insulated which together with the underfloor heating and cooling it is a pleasant temperature both in summer and winter.
On the outside terrace there is plenty of garden furniture and a delicious BBQ, there is also an awning above the terrace to keep out the sun and to enjoy the fine garden in the shade.
Next to the house is a Finnish outdoor sauna which you can use on request, although there is a fee per use due to high energy costs of a sauna.
On the ground floor, you enter through the key from the key box and find right a storage room with washer / dryer.
There is also a separate toilet. You then enter through the hall into the spacious living room with open island kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has 2 ovens, one of which is a combination microwave oven. There is a 5-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. There is also an airfryer and a coffee machine.
There is a fine dining table , sitting area with flat screen with TV cabinet and chromecast.
Of course, there is Wifi available throughout the house.
Through the hall you can take the stairs to the 1st floor where there is a spacious bathroom with shower, bathtub and extra toilet.
You will find 2 bedrooms, the first of which has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both of which can be converted into a double bed with a pull-out bed.

Located directly on the dunes, the sea is 2 km and Boulevard with restaurants Noordwijk is 3.5 km .
The cosy centre of Noordwijkerhout with various shops and restaurants is 2 km away.
The holiday home is located on the edge of the dunes where you can enjoy hiking and cycling.
There are various mountain bike paths in the dunes and the beach is only a 15-minute walk away.
Within 500 m you will find 3 excellent restaurants. Nearby there are several riding stables and a golf course is also nearby.
In the centre of Noordwijkerhout you will find several supermarkets and several restaurants.
In Noordwijk, you will find a wide choice of restaurants along the boulevard.
In spring, the bulb fields are a beautiful experience and the Keukenhof is nearby.
In short, a lovely place to spend a wonderful holiday.

Everything is great.
We felt very very comfortable in this beautiful house. Beautiful large property with great garden furniture. Great restaurant around the corner, where you can also buy rolls in the morning (best to order in advance the evening before). We would love to come back.

Dream House
We were with friends in the beautiful holiday home, and from the moment we entered the house, we felt comfortable from the very first moment.
The house offers everything one needs; every detail is taken care of, lovingly furnished, completely clean, the beds were already made, a great bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet, a beautiful ambiance when returning home in the evening, the garden beautifully lit, simply perfect. Quiet location, short distances to the dunes and restaurants.
Very lovely hosts! Unfortunately, there is a lack of a shelter for storing and charging the e-bikes, but that's complaining at a high level.
Thanks to the nice hosts for the relaxing time in Noordwijk.
