Stay in this comfortable holiday home on the Costa Tropical that is ideal for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. The spacious house offers direct access to the garden and the communal swimming pool.

A short distance from the property is the seaside beaches and Playa Serena golf course. Moreover, there are numerous cozy restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the residence. A visit to the nice center of Aguadulce (15.5 km) and the impressive Castillo de Santa Ana is also very worthwhile.

The residence has its own kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining room on the ground floor. Below is a private garage and above that, you will find the master bedroom. On the second floor are the other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. All rooms have air conditioning and heat pumps and one bedroom has a small balcony/terrace for private use. From the living room, you have access to the rear of the terrace.

This house is a gem! Plenty of space for our group, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, The kids loved the pool, and it was great to have a safe garden area for them to play, A bit noisy at times due to nearby roads, but it didn’t ruin our experience

The location of this holiday home is fantastic, We spent our days exploring the beautiful beaches, like Urbanizacion Roquetas de Mar Beach, and enjoyed delicious dinners at the local restaurants, The house itself was well-equipped, although we found the decor a bit dated, Overall, a pleasant stay!
