Close to the city and yet peaceful

Very nice quiet location, good starting point for bike tours and trips to Berlin and the surrounding area, also easily accessible by public transportation, very nice landlady.

Left after 2 nights instead of 14 days of vacation. Chainsaw at 2 p.m. €280 loss.

Sehr geehrter Herr Schwarz, wir bedauern Ihren abgebrochenen Urlaub sehr. Trotzdem hoffen wir, dass die Erstattung der Hälfte des Übernachtungspreises Sie doch noch etwas besänftigen konnte, zumal der Wunsch nach sofortiger Abreise von Ihnen nach dem ersten kleinen Ungemach vorgebracht wurde. Zu dieser Lärmbelästigung lässt sich kurz sagen, dass sich die Gebrauchszeiten von Maschinen erst Anfang diesen Jahres verändert haben, sodass auch an Werktagen eine Mittagsruhe vorgesehen ist. Diese Neuregelung war uns zuvor nicht bekannt und wurde unsererseits übersehen. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis und achten in Zukunft auf diese Zeiten. Die vier Minuten Benutzungsdauer des Gartengerätes sollten nach unserem Empfinden verzeihlich sein, da in Unwissenheit gehandelt wurde. Ein freundliches Entgegenkommen ist uns ebenso wichtig, das heißt für den Umgang zwischen Menschen sollte von jeder Partei ein gewisser Grundrespekt an den Tag gelegt werden. Gartenpflege liegt uns ebenfalls stark am Herzen, das Grundstück auf dem sich das Ferienhaus befindet, soll schließlich den Gästen ebenso gefallen, wie uns. Wir bemühen uns auch in Zukunft auf die Bedürfnisse der Mieter vermehrt Rücksicht zu nehmen und bedanken uns für Ihre zügige Bewertung. Mit freundlichen Grüßen M. Schuldt

Neat and clean

Arrival was super easy and comfortable. The holiday home is super well maintained and very clean, plus the location is captivatingly good. A few metres walk or drive and you are in Berlin
Nevertheless, the cottage is idyllic and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Very good

The family is very friendly, the automatic lawnmower is punctual and quiet. The holiday apartment is usable without any problems, especially the bathroom. We would love to come back.

Marcella's Holiday Home Immediately Again

A friendly welcome got the visit to Berlin off to a perfect start. The hosts were very helpful. Our daughter liked the small room from the start and took it immediately. All around a nice, cosy holiday home, as described in the description.
