very good
a very well-equipped holiday flat in a good central location, with the bus you are close to Spandau station and from there you can get everywhere. Particularly noteworthy is the excellently equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired
It was a bit difficult to find a parking space in the evening, but in the end we were always lucky and found one
The shopping facilities nearby are also very good
We spent a week on holiday, which we enjoyed very much
In the holiday flat, you can get good information from the available brochures and plan your days with activities.
We will definitely recommend the Borchert family's holiday flat to others.

Already the 2nd time here
Again we spent a lovely week in the holiday cottage in September. We feel comfortable there because, although on the landlords' property, we are to ourselves. However, if we have questions or want tips, the couple are happy to provide information.We had our bikes with us this time too and are always thrilled by the bicycle-friendly surroundings. On the other hand, the connections to public transport are within walking distance
on foot. We have not been there the last time.

We stayed at Villa Columbia in November and liked it very much. The furnishings are top, even many small details were thought of that we didn't expect. The flat is quite large and was just right for the 4 of us
Superbly furnished, we were pleasantly surprised, everything is new and clean. We can recommend the flat without reservation
