Decorated with great passion, the house offers a cozy atmosphere on about 60 m² for you to feel comfortable – usable all year round thanks to modern night storage heating. A special gem: Our large library with many books about the region - perfect for browsing on rainy days or cozy evenings in the conservatory.
As creative minds, we like to create ourselves - perhaps you will even discover one or another painting made by us in the house. Those who are interested can inquire about available painting supplies with us.

Our house is situated in a quiet bungalow settlement between Wustrow and Ahrenshoop – only about 350 meters from the sea and 70 meters from the idyllic dune forest. Between the house and the beach there is only a bike and hiking trail – no traffic, just pure nature.
?️ You can find shopping facilities conveniently nearby (about 4 km). 1000 m), and the well-known artists' village Ahrenshoop is also very close: enchanting, charming, and rich in culture – nestled between the lagoon and the Baltic Sea on one of the most beautiful peninsulas in Germany: Fischland-Darß-Zingst.

After 25 years in public service, most recently as head of a public authority, I am again working as a lawyer with a special interest in public service law and family law. Our holiday home in Ahrenshoop was the discovery for us, we have been developing and constantly improving our beautiful little house in this idyllic and quiet location as our refuge since 2000. We love to paint and enjoy the peace and quiet on site, especially in winter. This is a great place to retreat to on holiday to unwind. But with the internet connection available, you can also work excellently if you want to. The now completely redesigned new areas "separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen and barrier-free shower in the bathroom" make life even more pleasant, and the now half-covered terrace has also contributed greatly to the absolute upgrade. In the winter garden, which can be entered separately, one can work without disturbing anyone.
