The chic holiday flat Anker 1 on the ground floor of our beautiful new holiday home with 2 holiday flats is located in a nice holiday home area in Röbel only 300 m from the small bathing area "Westufer". The car park directly in front of the house is free of charge and allows you to charge your electric car (for a small fee). Enjoy your holiday in this bright and friendly furnished holiday flat with a large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms with modern box-spring beds (each 1,80x2,00m) and a large bathroom.
In the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, cooker, oven, coffee maker, etc.) you can prepare delicious delicacies for yourself and your loved ones and enjoy them together at the large dining table or outside on the furnished terrace. The cosy living area offers a comfortable couch and a reading chair, a flat screen TV with satellite connection for evenings together, while the small stove provides cosy warmth on cold days. The apartment is also equipped with Wi-Fi, external blinds and mosquito nets.
In the small garden there is a sun terrace with direct access from the living-dining area with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. From approx. November 2022, a barrel sauna will also be available.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home Ankerplatz is located in Röbel on the Müritz. The location at the Müritz National Park is ideal for many leisure activities such as cycling, hiking and water sports. You only have to walk 300 m to the small bathing area "Westufer". You can reach the town harbour of Röbel, which is about 2.5 km away, by taking a leisurely walk along the banks of the Müritz or by bike. On the way, you will pass the Müritzfischer and can enjoy a delicious fish sandwich there. The promenade, the landing stage of the "White Fleet" and a very good ice cream shop are located at the town harbour.

Super accommodation even in winter.
We can really highly recommend this holiday apartment. There was nothing missing. On the contrary, it was very tastefully and modernly furnished, super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We felt very comfortable. The holiday house is located in a nicely designed holiday home complex and not far from the water and the town. There are various shopping options; we went to the nearby Aldi and Edeka (less than 5 minutes by car). There is a barrel sauna in the garden that we have used extensively.

Felt very well
Nice holiday apartment with terrace and barrel sauna in the garden. It was important for us to have a charging station for our electric car directly at the house. The surroundings are very beautiful with the Müritz, the many bike paths, and the nice small towns. We will definitely come back.

The holiday home is modernly furnished, super clean, and equipped with everything you need. The surroundings are quiet, and it's just a short walk to the water.
Really the perfect place for a little getaway. We'll definitely come back!

Price-performance ratio inadequate
The apartment is by no means as comfortable in reality as it is presented on the internet:
- It has three terrace doors next to the front door, but no window and therefore no fly screen, so ventilating is always associated with mosquito infestation.
- The bedrooms have fly screens, but very poor furniture. There is no wardrobe, only a drawer chest. You can only hang clothes on a pole next to it, but so low that they drag on the floor. The beds are cheap IKEA quality with a slat in the middle that presses uncomfortably. There is a bedside lamp, but it is unsuitable as a reading light.
- The kitchen furniture is also the cheapest quality. The equipment with dishes and cutlery, pots and pans is also inadequate. Many utensils that should normally be at hand for cooking are missing. - The living area is also furnished with inexpensive furniture, which is, however, sufficiently comfortable.
The overall impression: The apartment is not worth the rent that is to be paid.

Beautiful holiday home in Röbel on the Müritz
The holiday house contains 2 apartments for 4 adults each (in our case, even 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and 2 dogs fit, but that was the limit for us). The Müritz is only a few minutes' walk away and there are also several public playgrounds there. In Röbel and the surrounding area, there are many nice walking and cycling paths, and in the town, there are several supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes.
The kitchen in the holiday house is well-equipped, but there are "only" 6 of each type of plate and cutlery. But everything is clean again in the dishwasher's quick program for the next meal. The refrigerator is nice and large for 2-4 people. Our supplies were a bit too much, but we could simply store everything else on the terrace due to the winter weather. In summer, you can probably eat outside very well here, but it was too cold for us.
The bedrooms in the holiday house are equipped with comfortable box spring beds and a chest of drawers. We didn't like the pillows, but that's a matter of taste.
