Relaxed vacation days in a great holiday home

We spent wonderful holiday days with our dachshund in the well-maintained holiday home right by the water. We lacked nothing, and we would love to come back next year. The beds were great ??

Highly recommended!

A very clean, tastefully furnished house with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything one could need. There was even more than enough cutlery, dishes, and glasses available, so we could always make good use of the dishwasher.
The surroundings were extremely well-maintained. We would love to come back!

A relaxed short vacation with our dog

We spent a long weekend there with our dog and lacked nothing.
A beautiful house with a garden and a wooden walkway.
One should definitely take the opportunity to rent a motorboat. The walk to Medemblik is also worth it. Amsterdam is quickly reachable by car or train.
Our next visit will surely be longer.

Everything is great, well equipped you can find everything you need. The facility and the house are very well located to spend a few lovely days in Holland. The private dock and the boat invite you to linger or cruise around. We will gladly come back...

A beautiful, relaxing vacation.

A big thank you to Olav, we had a nice break. The house is beautifully furnished and nothing was missing in the kitchen. We rented a small boat for the time and it was just great. Whether with the boat to the city or along the canals. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach. A great way for both dog and human to unwind.

Pure relaxation, great location, varied days

We immediately felt at home in the vacation house. Everything you need for daily use is available.
The contact with Olav was very pleasant; he gave us great tips for excursions and was always open to our needs.
Shopping opportunities are sufficiently available in Medemblik.
We also rented the boat he provided, which we can only warmly recommend; it’s a lot of fun to explore the waterways. From our side, a completely successful vacation, thumbs up!

Incredibly nice and sympathetic landlord, who is always there to help his guests. The holiday home is outstanding just by its location: at the end of an "arm" of the holiday park, yet just around the corner from the swimming pool, football field, and volleyball court. The beautiful beach is just a short 10-minute walk away. We would describe the accommodation as high-quality. Very stylishly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, oven with microwave, etc.) and all the utensils, kitchen tools, and accessories, the best we have ever had in a holiday home. In the village, you can easily and affordably shop at Aldi or Albert Heijn. Price-performance is absolutely fair, not to mention, very affordable in comparison. Definitely rent the boat, our kids loved being pulled daily on the stand-up paddle board (brought with us). We were truly impressed by this - unfortunately only for a week - at a beautiful place and would come back to Olav's perfect holiday idyll anytime.

Great location, fantastic host.

The absolute plus is the location by the water. The landlord is very helpful, reliable, and very open-minded. The house is functional, and the bathroom upstairs is generously designed. You can feel very comfortable here. The garden with the jetty, where you can moor a boat and take extensive trips from there, is equipped with chill furniture and offers sunshine until the evening.

Restful vacation by the water.

A fantastic experience! Our stay in this holiday home in Medemblik was simply perfect. The location is idyllic, with a wonderful view of the water. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and the atmosphere was simply relaxing. The house was immaculately clean which made this vacation even better as we all felt comfortable in the house. We highly recommend this holiday home and look forward to coming back soon!

Super holiday accommodation

We met a nice, sympathetic host with his children during our stay. The house is wonderfully located in the complex and the beautiful town can be easily explored with the boat. Since we arrived with five people, we even got a larger boat as an upgrade.

Modern and bright furnished, the house is one meter longer than most others, you can clearly notice that, beautiful jetty, additionally bookable boat is top, landlord friendly and very helpful, the house is located in a beautiful spot in the park, great swimming pool in the park, town Medemblik within walking distance, nice little town, small beach with gastronomy within a 10-minute walk.

Spontaneous family vacation

This accommodation can really be described as perfect. The location is ideal, short distance to the beach, reception, playgrounds. A quiet park, little car traffic. The children could ride their bikes and move around freely here. The equipment is more than you need. Beautiful view from the garden, a pier with water view. The boat tour was the highlight for the whole family. We will definitely come back. Thank you for this spontaneous wonderful vacation.

Great location, right on the water, very nice terrace with jetty on the water for lounging.
Short distance to the harbour and the city.
