Description
The holiday home features a bright living room with a spacious seating area, open fireplace, and streaming TV. There are three comfortable bedrooms, a second bathroom, an additional toilet, a (limited) sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and combination microwave.
Outside, you will find a sunny, well-kept, and fully fenced garden with lawns at the front, sides, and rear of the house. Sun loungers and hammocks invite you to relax, while the covered terrace and two grills provide perfect conditions for long, sociable evenings. For children, the Stuga garden house is a real adventure – with two beds, it is the ideal place for a special overnight stay.
The house is located in Villapark Residentie Texel, a quiet, green park right on the edge of the dunes – ideally close to bike paths and the beach. The perfect starting point for an eventful holiday. Guests can use the facilities of the neighboring holiday park De Krim – the best-equipped park on Texel. There are several restaurants and a supermarket. Bowling alley, laser game, climbing park, bicycle rental, golf courses, and swimming pool are subject to a fee.

The house is located in Villapark Residentie Texel, a quiet, green, child-friendly park right at the edge of the dunes – ideally close to bike paths and the beach. The perfect starting point for an eventful holiday.
Directly from the park, just a few steps from the holiday home, bike paths lead into the dunes – in the immediate vicinity of nature reserves, which are ideal for visiting the beach, hiking, cycling, and birdwatching. Sports enthusiasts also get their money’s worth, with options such as golfing, skydiving, and gliding in the immediate vicinity. On the beach you can not only sunbathe and swim, but also fish, (catamaran) sail, kitesurf, powerkite, surf kayak, and stand-up paddle. Just 5 minutes away, the pedestrian ferry to Vlieland departs – including transport by 4x4 dune safari, a truly special experience. Further on the island, sheep and cheese farms, pick-your-own gardens, and even vineyards invite visitors. For young and old, there are activities such as crafts, handicrafts, and cooking with regional ingredients. A visit to Ecomare is also worthwhile – with exciting mudflat excursions for the whole family. In Oudeschild, boat tours with the TX10/TX20 depart for crab fishing and seal watching. The offerings vary depending on the season. In rainy weather, museums such as Kaap Skil, the Texel brewery, or the Beachcomber Museum are worthwhile. For families, the adventure farm “De Bonte Belevenis” with hands-on activities is a highlight. A trip by ferry to the Naval Museum in Den Helder is also highly recommended.
