• Your holiday apartment - Penthouse Miramar de Capistrano:
Featuring air conditioning in the bedroom, ceiling fan in the living room, and generally upscale facilities (e.g., underfloor heating), this elegant apartment is located in the picturesque garden complex San Juan de Capistrano in Nerja (about 5 minutes by car from the center and 3 minutes by car to the beautiful Burriana beach). The picturesque holiday resort is majestically perched on the slope with a view over Nerja's old town and the center, located in the idyllic, green northeast of the coastal town.
Here, you will find one of the quietest holiday facilities of this beautiful seaside resort. This garden complex is directly adjacent to the nature park, above you only blue sky, rocks, and green, fragrant pines.
Internet/Wi-Fi with a flat rate directly in the apartment as well as access to TV streaming in the apartment are free of charge. There are still:
2 independent flat-screen TVs with complete German satellite TV, safe, good spring mattresses in 180x200 (German washable duvets and pillows) with hygiene covers, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, etc. - see photos) as well as an en suite bathroom with a large shower and an additional bathroom - only with toilet and sink as well as window/fly screen. In the living room, there's a lovely large corner sofa that can easily and quickly be converted into a bed for the 3rd and possibly 4th person in the evening. It is of good quality and has a sleeping area of 140x200 cm.
The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows from the living room and bedroom to the terrace extend both rooms and make the holiday perfect, whether indoors or outdoors. Along with the magnificent panoramic sea view from the dreamy terrace, you will also find many sun loungers and a large extendable awning under a glass roof (covering about half the terrace).
And on the original Weber grill (charcoal), you can splendidly cook your meat or sausages during the usual grilling seasons in Andalusia, while letting your gaze wander over the Mediterranean Sea.

We, the owners and landlords, live most of the year in Nerja ourselves. In addition, we have a good team available for cleaning and problem-solving (if something does occur, you will usually find our apartment in very good condition).
Important! The apartment (and the resort) is not located by the highway, which runs 60 meters deep in a tunnel and is absolutely unseeable and unheard. It just often appears that way on the maps.

Location and surroundings of object
Nestled against the hills of the first mountain range (just behind Nerja's centre) is the wonderful resort of San Juan de Capistrano. It features one of the most beautiful pool areas and the many tropical and Mediterranean gardens. The extensive grounds extend into the nature reserve and cliffs above. Picturesquely situated and rich in flowers, the area invites you to take new walks every day. You can also set out on hikes directly from there.
Within walking distance of your holiday flat you will also find restaurants and bars in the complex itself, as well as a small supermarket between 20 March and 20 November. Nerja is one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in the region.
It perfectly combines culture, bathing, dream climate, sports, sightseeing and relaxing as holiday mottoes. To the east, Nerja borders on the Cerro Gordo nature reserve, where in addition to Nerja's beautiful beaches, you will also find unspoilt dream beaches on rugged rocky slopes.
All of this is only 10 to 15 minutes by car from your holiday flats.
Nerja itself is a very popular holiday resort due to the excellent climate (not too hot in summer and usually pleasantly warm in winter) and the beautiful ambience (very nice old town, many tapas bars and good reasonably priced restaurants, pedestrian zone etc.), but it is not too big and offers a wonderful ambience.

Very nice flat, anytime again
Very nice flat with a beautiful sea view. Huge terrace with lots of garden furniture. Everything was very clean and new, inside and outside. Inside the flat is also very well equipped. Air conditioning and 2 TVs, my husband never bothered me with his football :-) The climate was great in November. We do this every year now. Many thanks to our nice landlords, we will be happy to come back anytime.

Super flat
First time in Nerja and such a stroke of luck. Fantastic flat, very clean, great view. Climbing the stairs to the roof terrace might be a bit awkward, but that's the only criticism we could make. The flat is very tastefully furnished, the mattresses are good and new, the kitchen is well equipped. We really liked the Burrianabeach and the pool is really nice. We were totally satisfied and will definitely come back.
