We have lovingly renovated and furnished our vacation apartment in the heart of Abtenau, so that you can feel comfortable and relax here. Our 90 m2 apartment with its 3 bedrooms offers space for up to 6 people and has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area and a cozy living area with pull-out couch (for a 7th and 8th person) to relax.

Dream Vacation Apartment
Very nice hosts, the Andexlinger family.
The apartment is a dream ?. Everything you need is available. Fully equipped kitchen. There is even an infrared sauna in the bathroom. The rooftop terrace is very nice for relaxing.
If you could give more stars, the rating would be even higher.

Perfect hosts with familial charm
The holiday apartment is beautifully spacious and the rooms are perfectly divided. The amenities leave nothing to be desired and all rooms are lovingly furnished. Practically, everything has been thought of. A special highlight is of course the rooftop terrace, which offers enough space for the whole family. The town center and shopping opportunities are just around the corner, making it possible to leave the car parked more often. Practical tips and informational materials about the region are readily available. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time.

Autumn holiday family and dog
The two landlords, Christin and Anton Andexlinger, are very friendly and helpful. Our dog Amy also felt very comfortable right away. The holiday apartment is modern and very lovingly furnished, and it is also very clean. Something very nice is the rooftop terrace where you can relax at the end of the holiday day. Very centrally located. Restaurants and supermarkets are within a few minutes' walk. We will gladly come back on our next vacation in Salzburg Land. Best regards from Bad Hersfeld (Hesse),

Very nice holiday home

Great object, even in the summer.
The holiday apartment Andexlinger is situated in a beautiful environment. From here, you can go on wonderful hikes - even in summer. The town of Abtenau is very nice and offers a lot of cultural activities. There are very good restaurants and cafes nearby and further away.
The proximity to Salzburg is another plus.
The holiday apartment itself is fully equipped - nothing is missing. You can feel the love for detail in the furnishing of the apartment, there is enough space, and each of the three bedrooms even has its own television - in case the weather is bad for a longer period ;)
We felt very comfortable with six people and would like to thank the Andexlinger family. Who knows, maybe until next time ...
