Very modern villa with spacious bedrooms located near the water. It is a park under construction, but for now it was very quiet. We were able to make beautiful walks.

Ideal location for a family vacation! The beach is super close and the garden is perfect for unwinding.

Ample space in the home with an excellent fitness room.

Basically a nice and cozy house (still in a major construction site). For 10 people but definitely not enough bathrooms.
Unfortunately, they forgot to set the heating to normal operation, so that we had to spend 5 days with 18 degrees and not really warm water. Administrator and owner could not be reached. How can that be? The Belvilla staff looked after us very nicely and did everything they could to help quickly. On the second day, fan heaters were installed. Regular feedback and questions. TOP!!! A big thank you again for that!

The house itself is fine. Comfortable and spacious enough for 12 people. However, the finish and delivery were far below standard.

The banister was loose, which is quite dangerous, a drawer of the dishwasher was missing a wheel, which made it a struggle with the dishwasher every time, there was too little cutlery for 12 people, a number of glasses were cracked, there was no information folder with including WiFi code and other explanations, I had not received a key code and could not enter the house, there was too little bedding, kitchen linen was completely missing, the cleaning was mediocre, the dishwasher had not been emptied and therefore smelled terribly, vacuuming was not possible because the bags were full and it would have been nice if there were garbage bags available, in the closet there was a bag containing all kinds of products that previous residents had left behind.

The stay was nice, but I expect much better when I rent an accommodation.

We went to Scherpenisse last weekend, rented a house for 14 people.

• On arrival we noticed that the house was not clean, especially the refrigerator was really dirty.
• The banister was loose, someone fell because of this.
• There was a lack of cutlery, we reported this immediately.
• There was no outside lighting, which was very inconvenient, but there was in the other houses.
• The extractor did not work at all, throughout the house.
• There were no hooks or anything to hang the towel on in all bathrooms.

We paid a lot of money for this stay, we left it tidy ourselves.

A deposit of € 400 has been paid, which has not yet been refunded.
Please speed up the reversal and please give a reduction on the house in response to the above.
No coupons or anything else, we have already had a discussion with Bel villa about that.
