The holiday flat fulfils every wish, especially suitable for 2 people. Over 60 m2 are at your disposal. A beautiful large living room, elegantly furnished, with integrated dining area and cosy kitchen over a total of 35 m2. There is also a new TV with Swisscom TV box, Netflix and of course free Wi-Fi in the living room. The flat is on the ground floor with its own seating area and beautiful view of the greenery and the lovely Appenzell landscape. Lake Constance also greets you. The bedroom is very spacious, 14 m2, and is comfortably furnished. The beautiful old wood walls exude a cosy feeling. This cosiness with the old wood walls continues in the bathroom. Everything is brand new and furnished to the highest standards. In the hallway you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer for your own use. Here you will also find the 2 mattresses, in case you want to use the flat for 4 persons (additional person CHF 20.-- each)
A locked garage is located directly next to the flat and is ready for you. It also has a socket for charging electric cars, for a small extra charge. Any bicycles can be put to one side in your garage and are thus safe

Trogen is a wonderful starting point for leisurely, wonderful hikes. The Hohe Buche gives you a dreamlike view over all the mountains. The Gäbris is also easy to reach from Trogen. A popular hiking and mountain-biking mountain. Cosy mountain restaurants welcome you everywhere.
