Description
On 2 floors you will find everything you need to spend a relaxing holiday with us. The holiday home offers space for up to 8 people.
On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a single bedroom. The remaining 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom and the balcony are on the upper floor. The large terrace and the completely fenced garden of approx. 400 sqm complete the picture.
The separate kitchen with the small dining place for 2 persons is equipped with

The living and dining room is approx. 45 sqm and is modernly furnished. Here you will find a cosy couch, armchairs, a 55 inch Smart-TV, radio, CD and DVD/Blu-ray player and a dining area with a large dining table.
For the little ones there are some DVDs, books and games.
On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with a single bed.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a large shower, a towel warmer and a modern washstand.
Upstairs are the remaining three comfortably furnished bedrooms with double beds and ample storage space.
Two bedrooms are equipped with large double beds 180x200 and large wardrobes or dressers. In the first bedroom there is an additional flat screen TV.
The third bedroom has a 140x200 double bed.
All bedrooms can be darkened
Bathroom - This bathroom also has a large real glass shower, a towel warmer and a modern washstand.
Here on the upper floor there is another small light-flooded room with direct access to the rather large balcony. This room can be used very well as a retreat during the day and as an eighth sleeping option at night. The room has a sofa bed.
In the garden adjacent to the house, you will find a beautiful large, fully furnished terrace - here you can relax and enjoy the evening.
The garden of the holiday home is approx. 400 square metres and completely fenced in. Garden furniture is available free of charge.

The approx. 150 sqm holiday home, which was completely renovated at the beginning of 2019, is located close to the centre of Bad Sachsa. The spa gardens, the adventure pool and the centre are within walking distance.

We are happy to provide dog bowls and a dog blanket free of charge - simply state when booking

Large beautiful house
For our family, including grandchildren and dog, an optimal house. Very clean, everything you need is available. The contact with the landlord was good. We have already booked again for Christmas 2026.

Family meeting

Just great!
We spent five days in the vacation home and immediately felt comfortable. There is actually nothing to complain about, however, we have a small note: Especially if you have small dogs, an additional securing of the hunter's fence in the lower area, for example with rabbit wire, would be welcome. We had a 5-month-old Westie with us who kept slipping through the openings. It was manageable but still stressful.
Otherwise, everything was great!

We enjoyed being there....
Thank you for the kind house and service - we were very satisfied. There were two couples and two men who were accommodated very well in the layout. Everything was clean and good. We really enjoyed the short stay. The quiet location was also very nice.

Family vacation
Great accommodation to spend a nice holiday with the family. Everyone had enough space and nothing was missing. Even when the weather wasn't always nice, we could still make use of and enjoy the time with the family in the holiday home. The hosts are extremely friendly and always available for questions or requests. Many thanks ❤️
