Description
This cozy log cabin in the Southern Harz, made of natural wood, offers around 80 sqm of perfect accommodation for a relaxing vacation with family and dog. The two-story house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few meters from the forest, and invites you to relax in nature.
On the ground floor, you will find a separate, fully equipped kitchen-diner that leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, and much more – ideal for preparing meals together. Also on the ground floor is a large shower room with a window, which provides plenty of light and fresh air.
The spacious living room features a cozy cuddle couch, which can be used as a sofa bed for two people if needed. From here, you have direct access to the terrace and the fenced garden, which is equipped with a grill and offers plenty of space for relaxed outdoor hours. The small garden is ideal for letting the dog run freely and enjoying nature.
Upstairs, you will find two spacious bedrooms. One is equipped with a large double bed, a cozy sitting area, and a balcony that offers a magnificent view of the surroundings. The second bedroom is also equipped with a large double bed and additionally has a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two more people.
The quiet location near the forest and the comfortable equipment make this log cabin the ideal starting point for exploring the Harz Mountains. It is the perfect place to take a well-deserved break with family and up to 3 dogs, and to experience the beauty of nature. Whether it's hiking, trips to attractions, or experiences in nature—from here you can quickly reach the most beautiful regions of the Harz Mountains.

A few nice relaxing days with our dogs
An unforgettable hiking weekend unfortunately went by much too quickly! The fox den is highly recommended if you want to relax and let the four-legged friends sniff a bit of forest air! We were in cabin 1 with 3 dogs and it was perfect! The amenities, cleanliness, and location were as described. You can hike right from the accommodation! We have nothing negative to report and would gladly come back again! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Super vacation home
The holiday home is equipped with everything one could wish for. Large bathroom, kitchen, spacious living room, upstairs 2 bedrooms with a balcony. Everything is very lovingly decorated for Christmas.
In the kitchen, a small basket with tea, coffee pads, and chocolate, as well as a gift bag.
You can purchase fresh eggs from the Fuchs family; they taste very delicious!
We would love to come back.

Stylish wooden house in the South Harz
There's nothing lacking; beautiful and very clean wooden house, small garden, nice landlords, quiet location. One can relax here.

Very pretty log cabin
Very nice little house, many hiking trails start from the front door. The landlord is very friendly, and if you want, you can buy fresh eggs from the landlord, which we found great.
