Description
The old lovingly renovated barn nestles against the modern new building, which incorporates the foundation walls of an old barn structure. The upper floor has 130 m² of living space and connects the old and new buildings. On the ground floor, there is another living area with an open kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, covering 47 m². Overall, a very generous space for 8 guests. On request, the apartment on the upper floor can be rented separately for 6 guests, and the apartment on the ground floor for 2 guests. The ground floor apartment has barrier-free access. It is equipped for the disabled and has a spacious living area with an open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. The bedroom leads directly into the bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Generous glass fronts allow an unobstructed view of nature and the nearby lake. The covered terrace provides shade on hot days, but can also be used in less favorable weather. In the modernly furnished apartment on the upper floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining area for up to 8 people, and a large living room. Directly from the kitchen, you enter the furnished loggia areas. There, you can enjoy breakfast with the morning sun. Another large outdoor area facing south invites you to linger with a view of the lake. Here, you can enjoy the day in (almost) any weather. All rooms (except for 2 bedrooms in the old stable) are equipped with modern underfloor heating. Real wood floors in the upper living spaces exude comfort.
The two living rooms on the ground floor and upper floor are equipped with cozy seating areas and TV.
The kitchenettes include a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and sufficient dishes are also available. The windows in the bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. Three bedrooms are furnished with comfort lounges and one bedroom on the upper floor has a double bed. For families with small children, a crib is additionally available.
All bathrooms have floor-level showers.
The house is a non-smoking house and can be booked without pets.
Patio furniture, umbrellas, grill, sun loungers, and a ping pong table are available for use. Charging ports for e-bikes are located in the storage room, where bikes that are brought along can be stored.
Two covered car parking spaces and one parking space directly at the house are available.

The Yellow House is located in the centre of the Uckermark on the Great Potzlow Lake. The Roland village of Potzlow with its 600 inhabitants borders directly on the Schorfheide/Chorin biosphere reserve. The capital Berlin is only 90km away. You can take the train from the main station to the neighbouring village every two hours. The property offers enough space for relaxation or fun and games. The sunbathing lawn behind the house extends to the lake property. The public bathing area with beach area and large playground is only about 60 m away.

Lovingly furnished holiday home
We rented the entire house with 4 generations - a lovingly furnished house that offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Great opportunities for eating, playing and relaxing together, but also space to retreat.
We found everything we needed - generously stocked kitchens with all the appliances you need on vacation.
A great plot of land where the children especially felt comfortable playing.
Conclusion: We had a wonderful vacation in a great holiday home.
