Description
Our country house by the lake offers families, friends and work groups the space to get active together or relax together. But it is also large enough for "individualists". The total living space is about 260 m². 1 to 23 guests can easily stay here. In one room on the upper floor there is a folding couch for 2 additional guests. There is a large living room with an open kitchen. Rooms 1-7 are in the house, 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms on the upper floor and in the attic 2 rooms with 4 beds each. In the shed, anteroom to the event room, next to the sauna, there are 2 small rooms, each with a double bunk bed. These 2 rooms each have a window, which unfortunately cannot be opened.
In the adjoining building there is a large event room for about 35 people with a kitchen. I recommend booking this room for 16 guests or more, then the breakfast or the party is not so cramped.
A total of 9 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with shower and bathtub.
Equipment: Kitchen fully equipped, with everything you need for cooking and baking, hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machines, microwave, fridge.

Trampoline, table tennis table, large garden, fireplace, charcoal barbecue
Gas barbecue, boat, sauna and hot tub must be booked separately, as well as the event room with extra kitchen. Please specify when making your enquiry.

Potzlow, together with Strehlow, is a district of the municipality of Oberuckersee. Potzlow / Strehlow is not only located in one of the most beautiful areas of Germany, but also lies directly on the Berlin-Usedom long-distance cycle route and the Schorfheide biosphere reserve with the neighbouring village of Seehausen.
Location: quiet on the large Potzlowsee lake with bathing beach and sunbathing lawn.
