Die Wohnung E07 ist genial. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schon gleich beim Betreten der Wohnung kann man den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sauber, der umlaufende Balkon mit Strandkorb, 2 Liegen und ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen einfach toll. Der Service in der Rezeption ist perfekt, alle freundlich und zugewandt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

The apartment E07 is fantastic. We were there with 4 adults and felt very comfortable. Already when entering the apartment you can enjoy the view of the sea. The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean, the surrounding balcony with beach chair, 2 loungers and a table with 6 chairs simply great.
The service at the reception is perfect, everyone is friendly and approachable.
We will definitely come back.

The overall concept of the complex is very well thought out. The access from the underground car park directly to the lift, the location on the beach and at the end of a street with no through traffic are guarantees for a very relaxing and quiet holiday. The flat itself is first-class furnished and fully equipped. For small children, a baby cot and high chair are available on request at no extra charge. Nothing is missing. Due to the peripheral location in the first row of the complex, one can enjoy an undisturbed wonderful view of the bay and the beach directly in front of the property. For families with children, the complex offers two playgrounds. A beautiful and large playground on the way to the beach and a smaller playground between the first and second row of the apartment complex. There is also a communal sauna and fitness room with an indoor playroom for children with a small climbing wall, as well as a playroom with table football etc. for older children. The friendly and always helpful staff, who are available both by telephone for questions in connection with the booking and on site when handing over the keys or for questions that may arise during the stay, deserve high praise. Compliments, we will be back.

Anyone who does not feel comfortable here probably does not know the comparison to many other properties. This is not meant to appear arrogant, but only to express our enthusiasm for our flat. The owner himself lives in the flat at irregular intervals, because the equipment with electrical appliances as well as porcelain, cutlery and pots are all brand products and perfectly equipped with kitchen aids. We would also like to highlight the excellent box-spring beds in all bedrooms, which guarantee a wonderful comfort and a great sleeping experience. The direct beach location of the holiday flat Südkap is simply a quiet oasis where you can feel comfortable even in bad weather and enjoy the beautiful view of the Lübeck Bay. Thank you to the Hoff team and the owner for allowing us to spend our holiday in this beautiful new flat.

This is the second time we have been to the South Cape resort and not the last. Everything is so perfectly designed, high quality and even small things (fresh flowers, nice seasonal decorations) show the attention to detail.

A big thank you for the wonderful accommodation. This is the second time we have stayed at the Südkap and we agree that next year we will spend another holiday at the Südkap - in flat E07 with the BEST lake view. We were happy as could be! The facility is a bit outdated and worn out. The price-performance ratio is no longer quite right. Otherwise, the flat was well equipped. The location is great, right on the beach and the view is a dream.
