Ich war nun das 2. Mal in dieser Anlage und bin nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Obwohl die Appartements zu den teureren gehören, finde ich alles in allem gesehen ein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Diesmal hatte ich die G06, die aufgrund der Lage in der ersten Reihe, einen fantastischen Blick auf die See zulässt. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass die Anlage direkt an der Promenade liegt und daher die Geräuschekulisse durch andere Feriengäste und dem Spielplatz gegeben sind. Ich persönlich war dadurch nicht oder nur ein wenig beeinträchtigt. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und wohnlich, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig und mit sowohl mit Wanne als auch Dusche ausgestattet. Ich weiß von anderen Wohnungen, deren Bad nur über eine Wanne verfügen, dass dort keine Duschabtrennung oder Duschvorhang vorhanden ist, was ich nicht verstehe. Bei der Go6 hatte ich dieses Problem nicht. Der Service an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Top Unterkunft in einer top Lage. Super Möglichkeiten zum Fahrrad fahren und / oder Strandurlaub. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht ist fantastisch und die Erholung ist sofort eingetreten.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Südkap Anlage und waren begeistert! Gleich wenn man in die Wohnung kommt hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf die Ostsee! Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage mit dem Strand vor der Tür ist einfach nur ein Traum. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Erwartungen an das Appartement wurden erfüllt. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr gute, große Parkmöglichkeit. Es war ein Wohlfühlurlaub. Alle 3 Generationen kamen auf ihre Kosten. Können uns vorstellen mal wieder im Südkap zu buchen.

This flat is just great. As soon as you open the door on arrival, you are surprised by the size and brightness of the flat, the harmonious furnishings and the direct view of the Baltic Sea.... Feel-good character! The kitchen is fully equipped and of high quality. I didn't miss anything. The large, wind-protected balcony is the icing on the cake. It is easy to get from the underground car park to the flats by lift without having to walk long distances. The furnishings and equipment have been thought through and many details enrich the flat and the holiday feeling.

Very nice flat, generously sized and equipped to a high standard, so that we felt very comfortable as a family of 5 (2 adults, 2 children, 1 baby). A balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea, 2 sunbeds and a table with 4 chairs have comfortable space. A table grill was also available. Gladly again;)

The holiday flat has a very special location. The sea view and the view of the playground are especially great. So the children could go there on their own and I could still see everything. We really used the balcony a lot. Each flat has its own parking space and there is a lift in each building. We were really satisfied and are already thinking about booking this flat again next autumn.

We were in the Südkap complex for the first time and were thrilled! As soon as you enter the flat, you have a great view of the Baltic Sea! The flat is well equipped. The location with the beach in front of the door is just a dream. We would definitely come back!

We liked it very much! Pelzerhaken was - due to corona - an emergency solution at first. But now we are so enthusiastic about the coast and the apartment that we immediately booked our next holiday for 2021!

This is the second time I have stayed at this resort and I am still very satisfied. Although the flats are among the more expensive ones, all in all I think they are good value for money. This time I had the G06, which has a fantastic view of the sea due to its location in the first row.
However, you should be aware that the complex is located directly on the promenade and therefore there is noise from other holiday guests and the playground. Personally, I was not affected by this, or only a little.
The furnishings are practical and homely, the kitchen very well equipped.
The bathroom is very spacious and equipped with both bath and shower.
I know from other flats whose bathroom only has a bath that there is no shower partition or shower curtain there, which I don't understand.
I did not have this problem at the Go6.
The service at the reception is very friendly and customer-oriented.
I will be happy to come back.

This was the second time we stayed at the Südkap apartment complex and we felt very comfortable. The furnishings of the flats are very appealing and convey an absolute feeling of cosiness to enjoy the holiday. We will be back in the summer! That's saying something, because we don't normally go to the same resort several times in a row!!!!
