The location of the apartment is good and leaves little to be desired. Unlike the outer apartments, there is no direct view of the neighbors, as the view is only towards the bay.

A dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea, in a modern apartment with many little details that contribute to comfort. Everything you need is there. The pull-down curtains in the living room are also very nice. Since it gets very dark early at the end of October, it created a very cozy atmosphere in the evenings. Beds are very comfortable. I will come back!

The apartments all have a dream location! They are equipped with everything you need. Free parking included. A great sauna with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. From the relaxation room, as well. A small but well-equipped gym with a good selection of machines, but you can also choose in the cardio area. It would be desirable to have a selection of different weights with various dumbbells and 2-3 weight benches. That would perfectly round off the offer. I would like to highlight the short distances to the nearby restaurants! All within a 5 to 10-minute walk. Especially Nikos, a Greek restaurant, fantastic cuisine, fair prices, very attentive staff! You don't have to fly far; our German hotels and restaurateurs also need our support. We will return!

We really liked it. The apartment is very spacious. Great view. Although it is somewhat outside of Neustadt, it is easily accessible via a footpath along the coast.

The Southern Cape is definitely worth a trip if you just want to relax. The fact that you have a view of the water almost everywhere is simply phenomenal, calming and relaxing. If you want to stay in great, high-quality accommodation and look out over the water while having breakfast in the morning, this is absolutely the place to be.

A small but well-equipped fitness room, where you have a good selection of equipment exercises, but can also choose from the cardio area. A selection of dumbbells with different weights and 2-3 dumbbell benches would be desirable to round off the offer.
I would like to emphasise the short distances to the nearby restaurants! They are all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.
