Wunderbare sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Sehr hochwertig, wahnsinnig sauber und eine schöne Anlage. Neuer Fitnessraum, toller Sauna und Ruhebereich. Herrliche Ruhe, wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten eine 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in der ersten Reihe. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet (mehr als wir erwartet hatten) und sehr sauber, der Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft.

Die Größe der Wohnung war absolut gut. Wir waren 4 Personen. Da zwei Fernseher vorhanden sind, konnte so auch ausgewichen werden, wenn unterschiedliche Wünsche waren. Parkplatzmöglichkeit im Parkhaus für ein Auto im Preis inbegriffen, weitere Parkmöglichkeiten waren vor der Tür zu einem ansprechenden Preis. Der Preis für die Unterkunft war für diese Zeit schon recht teuer.

Wunderbare, komplett ausgestattete Wohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Im Gegenteil, wir haben sogar einige "goodies" gefunden.... Sauber, gepflegt und mit fantastischer Aussicht. Vielen Dank auch ans Südkapteam für die unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation und Anreiseabwicklung. Alles nötige ist im Umfeld zu finden, somit auch im.Januar eine volle Empfehlung.

Equipment was better than described, e.g. BlueRayPlayer. Good/sharp knife set. Fleece blankets in each room. Reserved parking space at the entrance. Flat is directly above fitness/sauna area. Soft mattresses. Quiet location/no noise from other flatmates. Restaurant planned in the house, still shell construction.

The best holiday flat we have ever had. A view of the sea at breakfast, a view of the children in the playground in the afternoon and still a view of the sea from the sauna in the evening.
The absolute hammer with many envious looks of walkers on the promenade...

We enjoyed our time in the holiday flat very much. The view of the Baltic Sea is fantastic. The flat is fully equipped and lacked nothing. What is always very important to us is that everything was very clean.

The location of the flat is already outstanding. The quality of the flat and the materials cannot be topped. It is simply beautiful all around. The sauna area is by far the best a holiday resort can offer.

Wonderful, fully equipped flat that lacked for nothing. On the contrary, we even found some "goodies".... Clean, well maintained and with a fantastic view.
Many thanks also to the South Cape team for the uncomplicated and friendly communication and arrival handling. Everything you need can be found in the vicinity, so even in January a full recommendation.

The size of the flat was absolutely good. We were 4 people. Since there are two TVs, it was possible to switch between them if we had different wishes.
Parking in the car park for one car was included in the price, and there was further parking in front of the door at a reasonable price.
The price for the accommodation was quite expensive for that time.

The flat was great! The view could hardly be better! The location is tiptop! I don't want to mention more, otherwise this flat won't have any more free capacities in the future ;-). Thanks also for the nice service by the Urlando team.
