First: everything that was managed by Urlando was absolutely perfect! Good accessibility by phone and email. Mega friendly and nice staff. The penthouse apartment was a dream. Very bright and friendly due to the large windows. Everything was well prepared and, above all, extremely clean. Conclusion: Especially recommendable :-)

For us, with a dog and an immobile parent, the South Cape facility was optimal. The dog beach is only 50 meters away, and there are green spaces and benches everywhere. Additionally, there are long walking paths by the sea towards Neustadt and in the opposite direction. We had a great view of the sea from our holiday apartment. The sauna area in the facility is also recommended.

The South Cape D10 is a nice, spacious apartment, but compared to other apartments, it is rather functionally furnished. A few decorative accessories would round off the overall picture. After 5 years, there are now clearly visible signs of wear on the walls and floors, which understandably have arisen due to the high occupancy and constant tenant changes. A renovation would certainly help here. The beds are very comfortable and one can sleep well in them. Unfortunately, the layout in the smaller bedroom is somewhat impractical. The nice box spring bed unfortunately takes up quite a bit of space, causing the door and the wardrobe behind it to collide with each other ;-). Also, the apartment's front door definitely needs to be checked and adjusted. The door is so hard to operate that one has to push against it with all their strength to keep it open. When you want to push your luggage through the door, it's hardly possible. All in all, the Südkap facility is a very successful project, and vacationing with Urlando is always a pleasure. The processing is very simple and professional, and the staff is very friendly. Despite the small suggestions for improvement, we have already booked again for 2023 and are now coming for the 4th time to Pelzerhaken.

We are repeat offenders as we have already spent our vacation in the house for the third time, each for two weeks. From the first minute, we feel at home. This also applies to our dog (a Collie). Everything is in top condition and available as stated. The photos fully correspond to reality, and the handling with the vacation agency Hoff could not be more efficient and easier. We will definitely come back for a fourth time.

The photos and the description fully corresponded to reality. The flat and the surroundings were a hit. Couldn't have been better. The whole process with the Hoff holiday home management, as well as their on-site support, was extremely simple and exemplary. I can only recommend it and we will spend our holiday there again.
