Für uns mit Hund und einem immobilen Elternteil war die Südkap-Anlage optimal. Der Hundestrand ist nur 50 m entfernt und es gibt überall Grünstreifen und Bänke. Zudem gibt es lange Spazierwege am Meer Richtung Neustadt und in die Gegenrichtung. Wir hatten von unserer Ferienwohnung einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer. Auch der Saunabereich in der Anlage ist zu empfehlen.

die Südkap D10 ist an sich eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, nur im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Hier fühlen ein paar Wohnasseaccessoires die das Gesamtbild abrunden würden. Nach 5 Jahren sind nun mittlerweile auch deutlich sichtbare Abnutzungen an Wänden und Boden zu sehen, die verständlicherweise durch die hohe Belegungen und den ständigen Miterwechsel entstanden sind. Eine Renovierung würde hier sicherlich Abilfe schaffen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und man kann gut darin schlafen. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer ist die Aufteilung leider etwas unpraktisch. Das schöne Boxspringbett nimmt leider ziemlich viel Platz ein, sodass Tür und der dahinterliegende Schrank miteinander kollidieren ;-). Auch die Haustür der Wohnung müsste unbedingt einmal kontrolliert und justiert werden. Die Tür ist so schwergängig eingestellt, dass man sich mit aller Kraft dagegen stemmen muss um sie geöffnet zu halten. Wenn man dann sein Reisegepäck durch die Tür schieben möchte, ist dies kaum möglich. Alles im Allen ist die Südkap Anlage jedoch ein sehr gelungenes Projekt und Urlaub mit Urlando machen immer ein Vergnügen. DIe Abwicklung ist sehr einfach und professionell und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Trotz den kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlägen haben wir schon wieder für 2023 gebucht und kommen nun das 4te mal nach Pelzerhaken.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden gewesen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder die Anlage besuchen und können es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Wir sind Wiederholungstäter da wir schon das 3te Mal für jeweils 2 Wochen unseren Urlaub im Hause verbringen. Ab der ersten Minute fühlen wir uns wie zu Hause. Dies trifft auch auf unseren Hund zu. (ein Collie) Alles ist in top Zustand und vorhanden wie angegeben. Die Fotos entsprechen voll der Realität und die Abwicklung mit der Ferienagentur Hoff kann nicht effektiver und einfacher sein. Kommen mit Sicherheit ein 4tes Mal wieder.

For us with a dog and an immobile parent, the Südkap complex was perfect. The dog beach is only 50 m away and there are green strips and benches everywhere. In addition, there are long walking paths by the sea towards Neustadt and in the opposite direction. We had a great view of the sea from our holiday apartment. The sauna area in the complex is also recommended.

The photos and the description fully corresponded to reality. The flat and the surroundings were a hit. Couldn't have been better. The whole process with the Hoff holiday home management, as well as their on-site support, was extremely simple and exemplary. I can only recommend it and we will spend our holiday there again.

We really liked the holiday flat D10. The balcony is super large and has a great view of the Baltic Sea. The furnishing of the flat is tasteful and practical. We felt very comfortable there.

We are repeat offenders as this is the third time we have spent our holidays in the house for 2 weeks at a time.
From the first minute we feel at home. This also applies to our dog. (a collie)
Everything is in top condition and available as stated.
The photos fully correspond to reality and the handling with the Hoff holiday agency could not be more effective and easier.
We will definitely be back for a fourth time.

the Südkap D10 is in itself a nice spacious flat, but in comparison to other flats it is rather functionally furnished.
Here we feel a few living room accessories would round off the overall picture. After 5 years, there are now also
walls and floor, which are understandably caused by the high occupancy and the constant change of tenants
and the constant change of guests. A renovation would certainly help. The beds are very comfortable and you can sleep well in them. In the smaller
Unfortunately, the layout of the smaller bedroom is a bit impractical. The beautiful box spring bed unfortunately takes up a lot of space, so that the door and the wardrobe behind it collide ;-)

All in all, however, the South Cape complex is a very successful project and holidays with Urlando are always a pleasure. The handling is very simple and professional
professional and the staff is very friendly.
Despite the small suggestions for improvement, we have already booked again for 2023 and are now coming to Pelzerhaken for the 4th time.
