Positiv: geschützter Parkplatz. Alles schön neu, sauber und gepflegt. Bequemes Sofa. Lage zum Strand. Pelzerhaken ist ein netter Ort. Nicht so gut: Direkter Blick auf Nachbarblock. Bauarbeiten nebenan. Zigarettenqualm und Lärm vom Balkon nebenan.

Positive: protected parking space. Everything nice, new, clean, and well-maintained. Comfortable sofa. Location close to the beach. Pelzerhaken is a nice place.
Not so good: Direct view of neighboring block. Construction work next door. Cigarette smoke and noise from the balcony next door.

We were at Südkap for the third time and enjoyed it again. The next stay is already planned. Beautiful facility, well-equipped apartment, first row right by the water and not as hectic and crowded as in Scharbeutz. Actually, I shouldn't praise it so much because then it will be even more difficult to find accommodation in the desired period.

Super great accommodation for families with children. Everything is easily accessible and in bad weather conditions, children can play inside in the indoor play area. Super to recommend and make a holiday.
