Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schon der erste Eindruck war perfekt. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Die Ausstattung ist super und macht einen sehr guten und sauberen Eindruck. Der Fittnessraum sowie der Wellnessbereich und Spielraum runden den Aufenthalt ab.

The apartment and the kitchen are completely, functionally and lovingly furnished! There is a new sauna, bicycle storage and washing machine in the building. All buildings are easily and dryly accessible through the underground garage! Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The first impression was perfect. The view from the balcony directly onto the sea is beautiful. The facilities are great and make a very good and clean impression. The fitness room as well as the wellness area and game room round off the stay.

A very well-kept and modern accommodation, where you can comfortably observe the sea even when the weather is bad, snuggled up with a warm blanket (several cuddly blankets are available in the apartment). A quiet place that practically invites you to relax. Some tea lights for added coziness are even provided in the apartment. We received very kind emails that rounded off the vacation perfectly. Thank you for everything.

The vacation rental is absolutely wonderful. Everything you need is available. It is spacious, bright, and well equipped - especially interesting for those who want to cook for themselves... All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, they have an open ear for every problem and quickly find a solution. I have never felt as comfortable in any vacation rental as I have in this one.

We have now had a wonderful vacation on the Baltic Sea in Süd Kap for the third time in a prime location. The apartments are perfectly equipped and easily accessible from the underground garage by elevator. The view of the sea from the wind-protected sun terrace is pure relaxation. In a few steps you are at the beach and after a 10-minute walk you reach the Pelzerhaken surf center. Here you get everything you need for water sports. The wonderful jogging, walking and cycling route starts right from the apartment and then runs along the coast towards Retin. It also invites you to exercise in the wonderful dune landscape. The numerous cafes, restaurants and the nearby bakery and supermarket ensure culinary well-being. From our point of view, everything is perfect all around.
