The apartment is nicely furnished and clean. We didn't miss anything in the apartment during our week-long vacation here in September. However, caution is advised with the extractor hood as it does not align flush with the kitchen unit and could lead to injury for people around 1.75 m tall, which somewhat diminishes the joy of cooking. Nighttime delivery traffic at 2:37 AM right in front of the bedroom window. We will definitely visit the facility again as the location to the beach and sea is great.

A great apartment with excellent amenities. There is a wonderful playhouse for families with children. We would gladly come back. There was hardly anything to hear from the neighbors; the building is not poorly insulated.

For the second time, we had a sunny, beautiful vacation in Pelzerhaken. The Südkap is well organized, and you can spend a lovely, relaxing holiday in the modern, clean apartments. We gladly recommend it.

We were lucky to come across the new complex at Südkap when looking for a place for our Baltic Sea vacation. The apartment, the entire complex, and the beach were just great. We can wholeheartedly recommend Südkap if you want to relax or go on vacation with young children (ours are 1 and 3). However, if you're looking for a party, sports, or adventure trip, there are certainly other places that offer more. But that doesn't mean there aren't worthwhile attractions in the area. For example, we visited Kiel (Kieler Woche), Wismar (zoo), Fehman (Puttgarden + marine center), and Lübeck, for which a car on-site is highly recommended.
