Arriving and feeling comfortable right away and starting the vacation, that is absolutely the case in this accommodation. Everything is tastefully and lovingly furnished. Nothing is missing, and even a Thermomix is available for the holiday guests. Here, a double compliment to the owner. Providing such a valuable kitchen helper in the kitchen also means having great trust in the guests. I or we were very pleased about that. I was a Thermomix representative for years myself, so it was regularly used in our home during that short time. So once again, this apartment is absolutely recommended.

We were there two years ago and were very impressed with the location and furnishings of the apartment. This year there was a beach chair and a Thermomix included. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We felt completely comfortable.

Very nice apartment with a great view of the Baltic Sea and various extras, such as a beach chair on the balcony or the Thermomix in the kitchen. The entire Südkap complex is very good and very well-maintained. We have been there once before, and we will definitely have more holidays there in the future.

The second time on the B05 and just like the first time, vacation vibes from the very first moment. Compared to last time, there's now an additional beach chair on the terrace, and there was even a Thermomix in the kitchen. Otherwise, the apartment impresses with its location overlooking the sea and the light-filled rooms, the furnishings, and the layout. Place to be.

The facility is very well-maintained and well-equipped. The location is unique. The sauna area in winter is a delight.

The apartment (or the entire complex) is superbly equipped, has a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea, and is really well situated. It is also very suitable for families with small children and dog owners. Highly recommended.

Vacation at the Südkap is simply wonderful! As soon as you drive into the underground garage, the vacation begins; the complex is very well thought out. It starts with the elevators, the excellent furnishings of the apartment (from the kitchen to the balcony), all the way to the cozy decor. The feel-good factor is very high!

It was a wonderful vacation in a dreamy and cozy apartment. The kitchen's equipment is fabulous! We were already able to use the balcony for breakfast. From the apartment, there is a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. We will come back next year :)))

We had a wonderful short stay at the South Cape. A very nice accommodation with a great view of the Baltic Sea. The laundry package is okay for a short trip. For longer stays, it's better to bring your own laundry. Otherwise, the apartment/facility had a very high standard.

A wonderful residential complex with very good amenities and a great location near the beach. Just the view from the balcony of the Baltic Sea is pure relaxation. Parking in the private garage is also TOP. If the weather cooperates, you won't find a better spot. We would love to come back!

It was a wonderful vacation in a dream apartment!!!!!! We wanted for nothing along with our daughter. We slept wonderfully in the huge beds, and the great kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired! We were also thrilled with the view and the great location for parents and children near the beach, playground, and the cute little shops ;) ! We will be back soon!!!!!!!!!

A very tasteful and almost perfectly thought-out vacation apartment. You really can't expect more. Wonderful. Particularly noteworthy is the gym and especially the sauna area. From the hot sauna, there is a great view of the dyke/Baltic Sea, and the bio sauna is wonderfully complemented by light and sound. The relaxation area invites you to linger with a great view of the Baltic Sea. I hope all guests will treat the area appropriately. We enjoyed it very much.

Five stars for a perfect apartment for us in a beautiful holiday resort! We have been in B05 before and booked it again directly after this vacation! The balcony allows you to have breakfast outside even when it's windy, with a direct view of the Baltic Sea. The furnishings of the apartment are always being renewed, so this year there was an additional armchair and the frying pans and egg cooker, for example, looked brand new. You can tell that a lot of value is placed on a well-maintained apartment here. See you soon ;)
