Great apartment with very appealing and stylish furnishings, located on the 1st floor (elevator), with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea. Fixed parking space included with the apartment. The apartment was spotless. The amenities leave hardly anything to be desired. From a blender, egg cooker, to a casserole dish, there is everything available in a generously sized quantity of dishes. There are even books and games on site. The storage space is ample. The bathrooms are comfortable. Our motto was: Arrive, feel good, enjoy! The apartment may not be so suitable for people seeking peace. Directly below the apartment is a restaurant on the ground floor with a large outdoor area.

We were in the Kaiser apartment with our three children. Our youngest son has multiple disabilities and is in a wheelchair. Vacations with all the children together are therefore rare, and the apartment was barrier-free and large enough. Even at the beach, wheelchair access is possible. We had a wonderful time and lacked nothing. The view of the sea was also dreamy. If it's feasible, we will definitely come back.

The apartment had everything needed for daily life in a good and sufficient standard. The view of the sea was pure relaxation for us, especially in the morning hours and during meals. Daily walks on the beach were a must, and we felt very comfortable as a small family. Our son was particularly happy with the media offerings, like Netflix, etc. If the opportunity arises, we would love to come back someday.
