We are happy to go there again and again. The peace is simply wonderful. You are a bit off the beaten path but still everywhere in just a few minutes. We are already looking forward to October. Then we will be back.

Always recommended. Arrive, unpack, and feel good. The facility is very quiet, yet everything is quickly reachable on foot. We always come back and always very gladly.

We are often in Neuklosterhof, several times a year. Arriving, unpacking, and feeling at home. I can actually only say again that everything is in perfect order. Christmas was very quiet and relaxing. Perfect for a vacation with a dog. We are already looking forward to coming back.

Unfortunately, only a few days, but still very well rested. After Pelzerhaken and in the Neuklosterhof, it's like coming home. You arrive and simply feel good.

I don’t know how many times we have already been in the apartment. Quite a lot. You unlock the door and feel comfortable right away. This time there was even something new to discover. New carpets and a new bed. As always, the apartment was very clean. We love vacationing there and are already looking forward to the next visit.

We are already regular guests and always enjoy going there. We can only speak positively about Urlando and also about the NeuKlosterhof facility. 100% recommendation. We are looking forward to Christmas, as we will be coming back.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, ideal for 2 people! (2nd floor accessible only by stairs - we weren’t bothered by it).

The apartment is spacious and modernly furnished. The kitchen and accessories were also in perfect condition (we were not missing anything). In the bedroom, there was a large wardrobe and a double bed. The couch in the living room is extendable and offers another 1-2 sleeping places. Furniture for the balcony is in the storage room. The apartment is recommended in the off-season. We cannot say how it looks in the peak summer season (holidays) with full occupancy of the apartment building for vacationers seeking peace and quiet... We liked it. We were also very satisfied with the booking and handling.

For many years NeuKlosterhof, for the first time Christmas and New Year there. If you want to escape all the hustle and bustle, this is the right place. It was so quiet. One almost felt as if they were alone there. The apartment and the facility, as always, clean and tidy. We always feel very comfortable there. Every new arrival now feels like coming home to a second home. Thank you for that.

We are always happy to come here. It is just great. Well-maintained apartment. Well-maintained complex. Since I don't want to write the same thing every time, this time a big compliment to the cleaning lady. The apartment is always so clean and tidy. You unlock the door and feel comfortable right away. Great respect for the work that is done there. Thank you for that.

We love the Neuklosterhof apartment complex and enjoy coming here. The complex, the house, and the apartment are always very well maintained and very clean. You feel well taken care of even during the time of Corona. This time we also booked the laundry package. The beds were made and lovingly prepared. Towels and shower towels were provided. You arrive and immediately feel at home. Thank you very much for that.

We love coming to Neuklosterhof. This time, App. 24. This was a really great apartment. Super amenities and very lovingly decorated with great taste. There was absolutely nothing lacking, and we felt very comfortable. The cleanliness was once again exemplary. We are already looking forward to October when we are back in our favorite place.

We were finally at the Baltic Sea for a week at the end of June after a long time, at the Neuklosterhof resort. A lot has changed since our last stay, but very positively. You feel completely comfortable, like at home. The apartments are very spacious, lovingly and modernly furnished, and you have everything you need. There are a few small things that could be improved, but that's really nitpicking at the highest level. We are already looking forward to a hopefully soon reunion in Pelzerhaken. Thank you for the great vacation and best regards.

We had a great vacation in a very nice holiday apartment. The contact with the staff was very friendly and helpful from the very beginning. The apartment had everything we needed (even dishwasher tablets were provided!). The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished, and we felt very at home from the start. When the sun is shining, the balcony invites you to have breakfast outdoors. Pelzerhaken is a beautiful place, with good cafés (Creperie La Vie), great ice cream parlors, and restaurants (Alexandros), that was not completely crowded. We would love to come back!
