Description
Swimming, fishing, sailing, surfing, rowing, motor boating, SUP paddling, building sand castles, sunbathing, cycling or simply relaxing are just a few of the possibilities for a successful holiday in our newly built holiday home close to the lake.
You can expect a modernly equipped holiday home on its own fenced garden plot with two terraces and a balcony that offers a fantastic view over Lake Plauer See. Our garden with beach chair invites you to linger, read or just chill out. And for the grill masters among you, we have set up an outdoor kitchen with all the comforts to spoil your family or friends. The house is divided as follows: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a twin bed 1.40 m * 2.00m, a shower room with double washbasin and the 36 sqm living and dining area with fireplace and an open kitchen from where you can look out over the lake while cooking, all rooms have underfloor heating. In the attic there is a bedroom with 2 separate beds, a bedroom with a box spring bed 1.80 m * 2.00 m and a baby bed 1.20 m * 0.60 m, the balcony with a fantastic view over Lake Plauer See and a bathroom with bathtub. All bedrooms have a modern Smart TV, in the living area we have a 55 inch OLED TV, internet via fibre optics is available in all rooms, the windows are equipped with external blinds and fly nets. The beautiful, large country house kitchen is equipped with everything (induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, blender, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, bread separator, fridge-freezer and much more). In the living-dining area you will find a modern leather couch, a fireplace for cold days and a large dining table. Our terrace at the living area has a cosy sofa corner and on the terrace at the outdoor kitchen there is a large dining group. There is a parking space on the property and other free parking spaces are close by. For our little guests there is a complete children's equipment (high chair, children's dishes, toys, books, stair gate etc.) available

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in Plau am See in the Heidenholz district, very close to the lake.
It is only 150 m to your own bathing jetty and the very nice dog beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Opposite you will find a small petting zoo. The charming and beautifully renovated town of Plau am See is only 2.00 km away, directly along the lake. And right next to the property runs the newly built bicycle path, on which you can cycle around the lake. The tranquil climatic health resort of Plau am See is located in the far east of the Ludwigslust/Parchim district in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. It is characterised by its lakes and woods at the exit of the Müritz-Elde waterway from Lake Plauer See and the Plauer Stadtwald nature reserve. The natural surroundings are ideal for a variety of water sports, hiking and cycling. In addition, the town of 6,000 inhabitants offers good shopping facilities for daily needs, restaurants, doctors and pharmacies. The small town of Waren, located directly on the Müritz, is only 45 km away and Berlin is also within easy reach (150 km); Hamburg is about 2 hours away.

Cancellation terms:
In case of non-utilization, the expenses saved by the host as well as the income from renting the accommodation to someone else must be taken into account. The saved expenses amount to—according to the consistent jurisprudence in the Federal Republic of Germany for holiday properties—15% of the agreed rental price. The standardized claim for cancellation fees amounts to: 15% up to the 90th day before the start of the trip; 50% from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip; 90% from the 59th day before the start of the trip, of the rental price.

For our guests we provide bed linen, towels, kitchen towels free of charge.
A dog is welcome, we charge an additional fee of 5,00 € per day. Service charges (gas, water and electricity) are calculated according to consumption. WLAN in fibre optic quality is free of charge. We are happy to lend you our kayak for 3 people, subject to availability. On arrival we ask for a deposit of 200,00 € in cash. The town of Plau am See charges a visitor's tax of € 1.50 per day for guests aged 15 and over in the period from 01 April to 31 October. The house is a non-smoking house!

Very well equipped holiday home with a large garden in a quiet location, only a few minutes' walk from the beach.

We were very satisfied with your house. The equipment was great; the kitchen left nothing to be desired. The terrace is great for relaxing. We can only recommend the house. The only small downside is the price, as additional costs come on top. But well, that was more our mistake, if only we had read correctly. Thank you for the pleasant stay. Best regards.

15 days "time out" in Plau am See...
in a beautiful house with upscale amenities. Comfortable beds and a beautiful view from the upper floor of the lake and sunrise. Terrace with comfortable furniture and a well-equipped kitchen. Well thought out is the "night lighting" over the ceiling spots. We had socket night lights with us that we did not need. Feel-good house!!!!! Nice welcome by uncomplicated and nice landlords.
What you should know: Parking directly in front of the house..... The driveway is more like a washed-out dirt road and a small challenge for large cars (with bicycles on the trailer hitch). There are parking spaces a little further up the street - so it works. Bicycle storage room - the term suggests a locked room, but it is only the bicycle stand in front of the private shed (no rain protection).
All in all, we had a nice holiday and can highly recommend the house, landlords, and surroundings. :-)

Great accommodation
We spent 1 week in the holiday apartment by the lake and felt very comfortable. The view during breakfast on the terrace was very nice. The furnishings left something to be desired. The landlords were very friendly and helpful. There are many opportunities to keep oneself busy, such as cycling tours, visiting the castle museum, and the harbor. It was a great vacation. We were there with 4 people and a dog, and everyone felt very comfortable. Best regards, Fam.Winter and Merten.

Perfect vacation
Very nice, clean and well-located holiday home with all comforts. You feel comfortable immediately because nothing is missing in the furnishings of the entire house. Cozy seating areas outside, balcony or terrace. Very nice landlords who were always friendly and available at any time. Our child and dog also felt comfortable. The pictures in the description correspond to reality. Anytime again.

Very nice holiday home
The house is really very well equipped. We didn't actually miss anything. Very clean house and very nice contact with the landlords. Perfectly located by the lake and also beautiful forests for walks with the dog. 100% recommended.
