This beautiful apartment is situated in Posedarje, Zadar County in Dalmatia, Croatia. This stunning ground floor unit sleeps 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms and both bedrooms are equipment with king sized beds, smart TV's as well as air conditioning. They also have enough storage space for our guest’s luggage. The main bedroom also features an outdoor patio area where our guest can enjoy a coffee and the beautiful scenery of the surrounding area. The apartment has 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity basin. The 2nd bathroom has a vanity basin and toilet. The large open plan kitchen and living room can comfortable accommodates a family of 6. The living room has a stunning queen size sleeper couch, which is extremely comfortable for anyone to sleep on. The living room also has a 55-inch smart screen TV. The kitchen is a chefs dream. It has all the amenities to cook up a wonderful meal, be it for a family or a hosting a get together of friends and family. The Island dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 10 people. This is socialising area and everybody can enjoy it. As to cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils, this apartment has them all and even more...
This Garden unit has its own parking area and its own entrance. It is also an entertainers delight. It has a covered patio area with an outside table which seats 6 people. it has a wonderful fire pit area that can sit up to 12 people. Perfect to sip wine, enjoy the beautiful scenery and socialise with good company. Starry nights by the fire pit is absolutely majestic. The garden itself is gorgeous! and is large enough to enjoy a game of badminton.
The facility also offers families a heated Jacuzzi whirlpool and also a beautifully designed playground for the kids to enjoy.
The area of Posedarje is well situated with access to all the major highways which can lead you many adventures on the Dalmatian coast line. Posedarje itself has all the facilities you will need for your vacation. This includes shops, bakeries, butcheries, restaurant’s and medical facilities. The sea, which is less than 5 minute’s drive to the water from the apartment is warm and crystal clear. The coast line here, has many beaches and should you be adventures, you'll find many hidden gems, which are sun soaked and magical.
The county of Zadar has been steeped in history, dating back a 1000 years to when the Romans had occupation of it. This can be seen in the Old Town in the city. This is about 25 minutes’ drive from the apartment. Other spectacular places to visit is Paklenica National Park, Krka National Park and Kornati National Park. These Parks are incredible beautiful and the scenery is absolutely spectacular. It is worth the trip to visit these areas. They are all in 60km radius of the apartment.

This was an idea in the making for 20 years and now has become a reality. We have made every effort to make our apartments as comfortable and homely as possible. As being " A home, away from home “We want our guest to feel as having all the luxuries of a hotel and a home. We have made sure that all amenities have been taken care off and our guests won't have to think that they forgot something. We have made every effort to decorate these apartments, being stylish, modern and open plan with all the modern day amenities at your disposal.
