Borgo Le Caselle is located at about 700 m altitude in a Suedwesthang in a small hamlet in the village Tortorella Gulf of Policastro, at the southern edge of the UNESCO protected national park Cilento, on the border between Campania and Basilicata. A wonderful holiday
I don't usually return to the same holiday destination, but I'll make an exception here. We stayed with Bettina as a family and it was perfect throughout. The accommodation is super nice, the photos don't do it justice. A place of peace for people who are looking for tranquillity. And at the same time, we also felt very comfortable there with small children. In the middle of nature. Far away from mass tourism. You are not directly on the beach, which didn't bother us, we had cars with us. Bettina is just super helpful and a real treasure, you have privacy there and are in very good company if you want. Thank you very much for the wonderful days!

Sea, mountains and rivers!
Lovely, clean and quiet place, located on the edge of a large pristine forest, 20 minutes from the sea, in a hilly position (with sea views) where you can spend beautiful days both in winter and summer. Ideal for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts, with numerous trails leading to the mountains and the sea, with many rivers and sources of fresh water. The houses are tastefully and simply furnished, also using restored ancient objects from peasant civilization, there is a wood fireplace! Highly recommended, especially for nature lovers and those seeking summer freshness! The locals are farmers and shepherds, and in the summer mornings you might hear or encounter cows grazing on the mountain pastures. The owners are very nice and kind, often offering salads and genuine vegetables from their small garden...
