The Kersken family's wellness holiday home awaits you and offers you and your loved ones the opportunity to forget the stresses of everyday life and relax undisturbed all year round.
We offer you a house that invites you to live at an upscale level. The house has a photovoltaic system with storage and a heat pump. The centerpiece of the house is the wellness bath with the 5-person whirlpool and the sound-light log sauna, where you can refresh yourself after a beautiful day at the beach and get in the mood for the evening. The log sauna is equipped with gentle LED colored lighting and integrated sound sources, which contribute to perfect relaxation. In the colder season, you can turn a dreary day into a wellness day and then spend a cozy evening by the fireplace in the living area. In our fully equipped kitchen, you can fulfill all your culinary wishes.
The wellness holiday home has 3 bedrooms, which are furnished with box spring beds. Two bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen and towels must be brought by the tenant. In the outdoor area you will find a terrace where you can sunbathe undisturbed and spend sociable evenings barbecuing with family or friends.
Up to 2 pets are warmly welcome with us.

The wellness holiday home is located in a quiet residential area. You can reach the beach after 300 metres. The Achterwasser is also close by. From our house you can reach all facilities, shops and restaurants in a few minutes. The dialysis is in our neighbourhood. The leisure centre Karls Erlebnishof is also located in Koserow. On Usedom there are endless beaches with fine, white sand and elegant seaside resorts for every taste:

The Baltic seaside resort of Koserow is located in the middle of the island of Usedom, where the sea and the Achterwasser are separated only by a narrow 300-metre-wide strip of land. Here, everything is in place for nature-based relaxation and recreation. In addition to the Baltic Sea with its fine sandy beach, you will find 200-year-old beech forests in the protected area of the Streckelberg, the highest elevation on the island. Only a few 100 metres away from the beach life, you can hike through almost untouched meadows or fish in various waters in the immediate vicinity. An extensive network of cycle paths is at your disposal.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of the tenant's cancellation of the lease, the tenant shall pay the landlord the loss of rental income, provided that the landlord is unable to lease the property to someone else. However, at least 1/3 of the agreed rent if cancelled up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, 2/3 if cancelled up to one day before arrival. The full rent is due in the event of an early departure.

Easter holiday
Aside from the unfriendly reception, the shortcomings in cleanliness, and the troubles at the end regarding the billing of the additional costs, we had a nice holiday. The house is well located and equipped with everything you need. Some furnishings are already aging, but that didn't bother us. We definitely will not come again, as the last impressions were not the most positive.

Sehr geehrte Mieter, den Kommentar von Andrej B. möchte ich kommentieren. Wenn unsere Gäste angereist sind, dann rufe ich die Gäste an und begrüße Sie. Das war auch bei Herrn Andrej B. der Fall. Ich habe gefragt ob Sie mit der Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit einverstanden sind. Herr Andrej B. war sehr mit der Einrichtung und der Sauberkeit einverstanden. E r sagte Sie fühlen sich sehr wohl in dem Ferienhaus. Über einen unfreundlichen Empfang war keine Rede. Einige Tage später hat Herr B. mich angerufen. ER hat eine Lampe und die Duschhalterung bemängelt. Dieses hat unser Hausmeister kurzfristig abgestellt. Dann hat Herr B. bemängelt die Sauberkeit in den Doppelbetten. Nach Rücksprache mit unserer Reinigungskraft waren alle Betten Sauber. Unser Personal achtet gewissenhaft auf diese Details. Bei der Abreise wurde von Herrn B. die benutzten Betten verschmutzt hinter lassen. Die Schutzbezüge mußten in die Reinigung gebracht werden. Unsere Nebenkostenabrechnung für die Energie erfolgt nach Zählerstände zum selbst Kosten Preis. Wir sind um unsere Gäste sehr bemüht und möchten Ihnen einen schönen Urlaub gewähren.

Very beautiful holiday home
We were there as a couple with our small dog and felt very comfortable. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. The garden with the terrace is completely fenced in. We had a good rest and immediately booked the house again for next year.

Holiday in autumn 2022
Very nice, well-maintained holiday home! We felt very comfortable. We were there with our 3 grandchildren and our dog! Everything you need was there, even the sauna and the whirlpool was a highlight in the evening. The fireplace brought cosy warmth in the evening! We would recommend the house at any time!

Erholung pur
The holiday home is located on a quiet side street. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. It was handed over clean and well-maintained. The hot tub is a lot of fun for children, and the sauna leaves nothing to be desired. Shopping facilities are available directly in Koserow. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the house without reservation.

Beautiful holiday home also in winter.
Especially suitable for the season, hot tub and sauna.
Just a stone's throw away from the beach and the bakery.
For dialysis patients, the holiday home is perfect as the dialysis center is right behind the house.
All in all, it was a perfect vacation.
