Description
In our spacious house you will feel comfortable as a whole family.
We, a family with five children, have built the house in such a way that a stress-free, affordable and relaxing holiday with children is possible. We try to keep the price as low as possible for us. That's why we see our house as a mutual house.
The house:
100 m2 in size, 4 small bedrooms with two beds each, living room and separate kitchen, bathroom and guest WC, sauna, large play floor (accessible via stairs) with TT, table football, swing and small slide.
The house is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.
Facilities:
Good furnishings; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and cooker, high chair. Washing machine, wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, video and hard-disk recorder, Hauck travel cot
Since this year we can finally offer Wifi via LTE.

Location and surroundings of object
Hoikendorf is somewhat elevated with a wonderful panoramic view - all the way to the Baltic Sea. A few steps away you can even see the island of Poel and sometimes the Fehmarnsund Bridge.
In 5 km you reach the quiet 8 km long sandy beach of the Wohlenberger Wiek. The water warms up quickly and the many small sandbanks that come out depending on the wind are the ideal water playground for children.
But if you prefer hiking, you can walk endlessly through meadows and forests by forest lakes, ponds and real lakes.

If the tenant does not use the booked vacation apartment, the guest must pay the landlord the following compensation: Up to 12 weeks before the start of the trip: Free of charge. 12-6 weeks before the start of the trip: 50% of the total price. From 6 weeks before the start of the trip: 80% of the total price. If the trip is not started or terminated early: 100% of the total price. The retention only applies if the house could not be rented out during this period.
