Quiet, newly renovated holiday home in Paguera - on the southwest coast of Mallorca - within walking distance to the beach! Casa Flora is a beautiful house - ideal for families, individual travelers, hikers, cyclists, or simply for guests looking for peace and relaxation near the beach. In Casa Flora you decide: relaxation, hustle and bustle or even home office - everything is possible! Facilities:
The lovingly furnished holiday home has a spacious living room with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), two bathrooms, and a study.
The fully equipped kitchen has its own exit to the garden and terrace. Here you have ample space for breakfast, barbecuing, or sunbathing. For cooling off and refreshing, an outdoor whirlpool is available (free of charge in summer, for a fee in winter). Both bedrooms are equipped with comfort mattresses and German bedding (covered duvet and pillows). In the study - equipped with a printer, monitor, keyboard, and Wi-Fi - you can work undisturbed if necessary. For families, there is a complete toddler equipment with a crib, high chair, pull-along wagon, and many other child-friendly amenities.
All rooms can be air-conditioned or heated to the desired temperature thanks to modern air conditioning units. Comfort of living as you are used to at home: with freezer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV, and PLAYSTATION.
Enjoy your privacy on a 400 m2 garden plot with palms, olive, orange, mandarin, lemon, and grapefruit trees.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in Paguera in a Spanish-influenced residential area away from mass tourism. Action and entertainment can also be found here - just a few minutes' walk away is the main beach Platja Palmira, the bay Cala Fornells, and the Bulevar de Paguera, a promenade with numerous cafés, restaurants, and small shops.
Arrival:
Palma Airport can be reached via the highway in about 30 minutes. A rental car is not strictly necessary due to the direct bus connection to the airport.
Surroundings:
Paguera has three beaches: the main beach Platja Palmira with the beach promenade, Platja de Tora, and Platja de la Romana. Additionally, the romantic bay Cala Fornells with its azure water is a draw.
The Bulevar de Peguera, which runs parallel to the beach, is the central promenade. Starting at 7 PM, it transforms into a pedestrian zone. The majority of tourists come from German-speaking areas, and the entertainment is primarily catered to German vacationers.
With its excellent freeway connection, Paguera is a perfect base to explore the entire island.
Paguera is the ideal starting point to discover the stunning nature in the southwest, as it offers good access to hiking and biking trails. A storage room for your bicycles is available. Santa Ponsa: 6 km
Port Andratx with its lively promenade is 7 km away.
The main beach Platja Palmira and the romantic cove Cala Fornells are located 800 m away from Casa Flora.
All three supermarkets in the town are within walking distance. The LIDL only 200 m away offers daily all essentials and a wide selection of baked goods.

Arriving feeling comfortable
The finca is furnished with attention to detail, everything super clean and tidy. Arrive, unpack and then just feel good. That's how you imagine a vacation. The descriptions and pictures are accurate, nothing more to say. Oh, yes, if you come by rental car... it should be a small car and you should be good at parking if you want to use the finca's parking lot. Otherwise, you can also find a spot on the street.
