Description

Spieka-Neufeld is located on the Wurster North Sea coast in the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site and belongs to the holiday region Wurster North Sea coast near Cuxhaven. It is a family-friendly seaside resort. Our holiday home is a modern furnished house in solid construction. It was completely redesigned in 2012. Due to the gas central heating, it can be booked all year round. It is located directly behind the dyke in the immediate vicinity of the beach, marina, sailing and cutter harbour. A golf course and an equestrian farm are 2.5 km away.

Location and surroundings of object

The house is situated on a plot of approx. 400 sqm with south-west facing terrace and sunbathing lawn. The beach is approx. 300 m away. Several restaurants and hotels with excellent cuisine in different price categories are in the immediate vicinity. A snack bar is directly on site. During the holiday season, a mobile baker comes to the housing estate. In the low season, the bakery is about 1.5 km away. The snack bar also sells fresh bread rolls. Great restaurants with very good cuisine are directly on site. All major shopping (Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, café, hairdresser, etc.) can be done in Nordholz, about 5 km away

Welcome to the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site on the Wurster North Sea coast near Cuxhaven!
The following activities are available around Spieka-Neufeld: Horse riding, deep-sea cruises or boat trips to the seal banks, sailing ( in the marina there is a possibility to launch your own boat), fishing and fishing trips or golfing. An indoor playground, an indoor and outdoor wave pool, the Aeronauticum, a North Sea museum and even a nudist beach area are all close by. In the slightly wider surroundings there is also the possibility of interesting holiday activities. Here you can visit the wave pool with sauna facilities and sea view in Duhnen or various museums. The climate and emigration house as well as the shipping museum in Bremerhaven are also worth a visit.

Furthermore, wonderful walks or bicycle tours with your family and perhaps also with your dog by the sea and through the salt marshes as well as through the heath landscape of the Werner Forest are recommended. The network of paths is very well developed.

A carriage ride through the Wadden Sea to the island of Neuwerk or a fishing trip to the deep sea is also an experience. If you want to go on a "real" sea voyage, you can take a day trip to Helgoland on a butter ship
Those who like it even more active can fly their kite or go surfing on the beach. Even kiting and kiteboarding are possible.

With us, you will be on holiday in a resort that is stress-free and relaxing from the very first day. Your soul will thank you for it.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for € 14.50 per person (you can bring your own linen).

A one-time processing fee of € 20.00 will be charged.
There is a one-time charge of € 70 for the subsequent final cleaning.

Wonderful, cozy accommodation

We have been going to Spieka-Neufeld for vacation for many years, precisely because it is very quiet there. Accordingly, you are just a few hundred meters from the North Sea.

The holiday home of the Lausberg family is very cozy, but also practically furnished. We missed nothing; on the contrary, we felt very comfortable.

Keep it up!

Urlaub mit Hund

We had a nice holiday here, the house and the surroundings were fine. The only thing we found really unfortunate was that the distance to the North Sea (beach) was not accurate. The listing stated that the beach was 0.3 kilometers away. This was not the case. It was about 1.5 kilometers on foot to the beach. Also, due to the distances, a car is advantageous.

Restful family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is clean and well-maintained, and the surroundings are very quiet.

However, it is not a 5-star house, as it lacks certain things like a fireplace or WiFi, as well as other furniture in the living and bedrooms. The price-performance ratio is completely okay though, and we would gladly come back again.

It's a shame that the neighbor behind the terrace was busy with the lawnmower and trimmer during our 2 grilling evenings (each time after 6:30pm), as he had all day for that.

Wer es ruhig mag

So we were very satisfied, a very quiet location, yet not far from the beach. Bread and rolls came in the morning with the bakery van from 8:00. Close by, a great restaurant (right behind the dyke). We can only recommend this accommodation.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Schöne Natur, ,sehr ruhig, jedoch mit dem Auto sind auch die Städte Cuxhaven und Bremerhaven sehr gut erreichbar.

free time activities: Während unseres Urlaubs (1 Woche) wurde es uns jedenfalls nicht niemals langweilig.

shopping facilities: Es ist alles im Umkreis von max. 5 km erreichbar.

Vicinity of the holiday home: ruhige Ferienhaussiedlung gleich hinter dem Deich und kleinem Hafen. Mehrere gemütliche Restaurants und Gaststätten in der nahen Umgebung.

free time activities: Wattwandern, Fahrradfahren, Baden. Guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren. Super Angebote von frischem Fisch und Krabben. Cuxshaven und Bremerhafen mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

shopping facilities: gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der näheren Umgebung in 10 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Toller Urlaub

Beautiful holiday home in a quiet environment. The facilities are very good (new kitchen and new bathroom), and otherwise, you have everything you need (e.g., grill, garden furniture, washing machine, etc.). The area is inviting for cycling, for example, to the beach or to other small towns. Otherwise, you do need a car as shopping facilities and other leisure activities are a bit further away. But since you usually have a car with you anyway, it's not a problem. You can reach the nearest town in about 15 minutes by car. 20 minutes in Cuxhaven, where there are plenty of activities to do; also, Bremerhaven is only about 40 km away. The house and the surroundings offer something for every age group, and we were satisfied with the cleanliness and the service. We will definitely come back again, as we enjoyed it - just next time, please have better weather ;-)

shopping facilities: Der Bäckerwagen im Ort war nicht so gut, ansonsten gab es einen Fischimbiss in der Nähe der sehr gut war und ein paar Lokale. Zum Einkaufen selbst muß man schon bis Nordholz

Vacation at the North Sea

Super holiday experienced there. Something for every type of person, plus currently no tourist tax. The windbreak behind the house should be slightly altered, otherwise everything is top. Highly recommended.

shopping facilities: In ca. 3 Km alles, was man braucht.Vorrausschauend einkaufen.Des morgens kommt ein Brötchenwagen mit allem nötigen vorbei.(soll jedenfalls in der Hauptsaison)Im Ende Mai,Anfang Juni wars noch nicht.

free time activities: Strand nah, schöne Spaziergänge, Radtouren toll (auch zum Freizeitbad), schöner Spielplatz im Strandbereich

shopping facilities: Restaurants fußläufig, Versorgung am Strand sehr gut, Einkaufen in Neufeld mit dem Auto, dort auch Fahrradverleih zum Zeitpunkt unseres Urlaubs - deshalb die Einschränkungen bei Lage und Service.
