In the idyllic holiday home settlement of Spieka-Neufeld, our holiday residence is located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Here there is no through traffic – only the gentle sound of the North Sea breeze.
Since the house is located directly behind the dike, with the dike access just 200m away, you can reach the water in no time. Whether for long walks on the dike, a mudflat hike, or watching flocks of birds on the salt marshes right by the cutter harbor: from here, all destinations are within easy walking distance, while your temporary home remains an oasis of tranquility.

| Price per day is € 55 plus € 14 in incidental expenses flat rate in high season. In the low season, the price per day is € 45 plus € 14 in additional costs For each additional guest or dog, € 6.00 is added per day. Bed linen and towels can be booked for € 14.50 per person (you can bring your own linen). A one-time processing fee of € 20.00 will be charged. There is a one-time charge of € 70 for the subsequent final cleaning. In order to obtain an exact rental price from the pet owners, please enter one child per pet in the rental price calculator.
