It has 3 separate bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds) and a baby travel cot is also available.
The house has an equipped kitchenette with refrigerator incl. freezer, 4 plate electric cooker, oven, various electrical appliances
A living and dining area with wood-burning stove, radio, TV with satellite reception, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities, as well as storage space for bicycles
On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and separate WC, on the first floor a WC and small washbasin.

The municipality of Wurster Nodseeküste is located between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven in the triangle of the Elbe and Weser rivers, in the middle of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. Our holiday home is located in the suburb of Spieka-Neufeld, in the quiet holiday settlement, m behind the dyke. If you want to experience the diversity of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park region, you have come to the right place.

You couldn't ask for better for a vacation home.
We felt at home as a family with 2 adults and 2 children right from the beginning. Small but nice, or oh ho as you wish. The contact with the Holzwarth family was always friendly and all emerging questions were clarified. The on-site contact was also very friendly and it was immediately indicated that if there should be something, one can always contact them. The house was clean and has everything a family needs. From space for children (each child has their own room) and a separate master bedroom to a fully equipped house. The star rating speaks for itself.
As they say, one shouldn't rate so well, otherwise you might have fewer opportunities to book a free time slot because we would book directly again and be very happy to be guests at the HOLZWARTH vacation home again.

Short family vacation
We were guests at the Holzwarth family vacation home from May 18th to 22nd, 23rd and I can truly recommend it. It was very clean and we lacked nothing. The accommodation was tastefully decorated...even a welcome drink was on the table... The beds were super comfortable and there was a grill available. The children could safely ride their scooters in the evening as the accommodation was very quiet... Thank you for the great vacation and see you next time...

Very satisfied
We stayed in this holiday home for the first time in summer. We liked it so much that we booked another stay at the end of September. A quiet location, close to the dyke, a good restaurant nearby and spotlessly clean. We are already looking forward to next year.

Well-being incl.
We spent two very nice weeks there. The house is very practical, quiet and a good starting point for many activities, especially for excursions, sightseeing and cycling tours or walks.
The local fish shop is perfect (grade 1 with*) and the food is excellent.

Tolles Haus
Ich habe bisher selten ein so gut gepflegtes und ausgestattetes Ferienhaus buchen können.
Klare Empfehlung, auch für Familien mit Kindern, im Kinderzimmer sind sogar Spielzeug und Bücher ?

Immer wieder schön
Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man braucht, besonders genutzt haben wir den neu gestalteten Platz an der Morgensonne zum Frühstücken. Eine schöne, ruhige Lage bietet viel Zeit zum Entspannen und Erholen, wir gehen immer wieder gerne zum Ferienhaus Holzwarth, einfach zum Empfehlen.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus
Wir haben mit einer 6-köpfigen Familie zwei wunderbare Wochen an der Wurster Nordseeküste verbracht. Ruhig gelegen, so dass die Kinder draußen alleine Fahrradfahren konnten, trotzdem nah am Meer und schnell in Cuxhaven. Spieka-Neufeld hat einen niedlichen kleinen Strand, Dorum-Neufeld und Sahlenburg bequem (auch mit einer 5-jährigen) mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hervorragend gepflegt. Der Kontakt war super freundlich und unkompliziert, die Hausverwalterin vor Ort eine echte Perle! Wenn es sich einrichten lässt, waren wir nicht zum letzten Mal dort!

Urlaub .... gerne wieder
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viel zu entdecken von der Natur bis hin zur Kultur für Jung und Alt.
Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dort Urlaub machen.
