The holiday home is located directly in Blåvand and is suitable for 8 people and has a living area of 160 m².

Holiday home outside:
1.600 m² open natural plot, parking space on the plot
for 6 cars, swing and sandpit, trampoline etc., quality garden furniture for 8 persons with cushions. Outside, a fenced and wind-protected south-west terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture invites you to relax and barbecue. Since the terrace can be closed with a door, it is also suitable for small children and to keep the beloved four-legged friends under control ;-)
A Weber charcoal grill is also available.

Wellness area and 1st bathroom on the ground floor:
On the ground floor you will find the wellness area
with swimming pool, whirlpool for 6 persons.
Individually lit with 30 colour LED lamps.
From the dining area in the kitchen you have a view into the wellness area through a large glass front.
Your own private indoor pool: 24 m² (7.5 m x 3.2 m, depth: 1.40 m)
Temperature: approx. 27 degrees on your arrival
Whirlpool for 6 persons: This is filled with fresh water for you
Water for you, and is then warm for you and always ready for use.
At night the pumps switch off automatically in the period from
from 23:00 to 8:00 in order to guarantee you a good night's sleep and to save
and to save electricity.
This saves you approx. 7 euros per night while you sleep.
2 bathrooms
A bathroom with shower, double sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer with extra access to the sauna through a glass door is located directly next to the pool room. Underfloor heating in the bathroom and pool room.
The second bathroom is located on the first floor next to the four bedrooms with shower and hand sink and toilet.
Kitchen and dining area:
On the ground floor is the fully equipped fitted kitchen with crockery, pots and pans.
The dining area for 8 people with a view into the cosy fireplace leaves nothing to be desired.
A high chair for children is also available and free of charge. Underfloor heating in the kitchen is also available.

Toaster, induction cooker with ceramic hob and extractor hood
Refrigerator with 90 litre freezer compartment.
On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms and the living room:
Bedroom 1: box spring double bed 180 x 200 cm,
Bedroom 2: box spring double bed 180 x 200 cm,
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds each 90 x 200 cm,
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds each 90 x 200 cm.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
Duvets and pillows are provided in the house and a cot and chair are also available free of charge.
A 2nd bathroom is located next to the 4 bedrooms
with toilet, shower and hand sink.
Technical equipment in the living room:
LCD colour TV 127 cm, satellite system with all free-to-air German channels such as: ARD, ZDF, RTL, SAT1, Pro7
DVD player and stereo system with CD are also available. Stereo system with loudspeakers in the living room, kitchen and pool room individually switchable.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is nestled in idyllic natural surroundings on the beautiful Danish North Sea coast directly in Blåvand. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the centre by car and to the beautiful wide white sandy beach. In the centre there are grocery stores, many restaurants, a brewery, ice cream parlours and much more. Sports facilities are available. From the lighthouse, the landmark of Blåvand, you have a fantastic view from above. The nearest town is Esbjerg, 35 km away.
