This 80 m² vacation home for 6 persons is situated on a canal with garden near the Frisian village of Oostmahorn. On one side you can reach the wide Lauwersmeer (National Park and Dark Sky Park) in 500 m, on the other side the rough North Sea with its quiet Wadden Sea (3 km as the crow flies)
On the first floor there is an open living-dining area with a new kitchen, a bathroom with separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed and small balcony and a bedroom with two single beds
The outdoor area with terrace and garden on a wide and reed-covered canal invites you to relax, sunbathe and barbecue.

The vacation home is the starting point for visiting cultural cities such as Dokkum, Grooningen and Leuwaarden, as well as for three nature reserves: the Lauwersmeer National Park, the Wadden Sea and the West Frisian island of Schiermonnikoog.
Within walking distance there is a marina, a supermarket and several restaurants, as well as a filled sandy beach with shallow fresh water, 3 playgrounds, a jumping pillow and an indoor playhouse.
The supermarket in Anjum (2 km) offers free Wi-Fi.
The special feature is the unique location for nature and bird lovers, water sports enthusiasts and anglers at the Dark Sky Park Lauwersmeer, as well as the proximity to the West Frisian islands of Ameland and Schiermonnikoog (with beautiful, wide sandy beaches).
