We rent out three well-equipped holiday apartments, each with a separate entrance, located in the same house. Each apartment has two separate double bedrooms. In the larger apartments, the kitchens are separate from the living area and all apartments are equipped with a dishwasher.
The bathroom of the apartment shown here has underfloor heating and a corner bathtub with whirlpool function.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located between the villages of Mayrhofen and Hippach in the municipality of Schwendau, in the district of Neu Burgstall, on a gentle slope but on the valley floor.
In one of our apartments it is allowed to bring a dog (1 dog is allowed)
The distance to the valley station of the Horbergbahn (entrance to the skiing area Zillertal 3000) is about 300 meters.

Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.
The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply (excerpt): - Up to 90 days before the arrival day: none - 89 days to 31 days... 40%* (Summer maximum €100) - 30 days to 8 days... 70%* (Summer maximum €250) - Within 7 days... 90%* Cancellation fees are percentage-based on the price of the apartment and apply to a full cancellation. A cancellation of individual travelers does not change the price. Acceptance rules for arrivals: - Check-out time is 10:00 AM. - All persons staying in the apartments must be registered. Unregistered persons will be charged €100 per night. - Pets are allowed only upon prior registration; a fee of €20 per animal per night applies.
