Description
Our villa is located in a quiet residential area just 600m from Moraira's beach. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are all within 300m. The villa offers stunning sea views from all levels.
The villa is on a flat 1000m² plot, enclosed by a wall. Its location in a cul-de-sac next to a plot of forest guarantees absolute tranquillity just minutes from the beach.
Although equipped with 3 parking spaces, this villa is the ideal choice for those who do not want to use their car or use it as little as possible during their holidays. A 5-minute walk from the first restaurants and bars, 450m from a supermarket and within walking distance of Moraira's beautiful Playa de la Ampolla beach with its beautiful promenade, terraces and restaurants, it offers a pleasant transition between rest, relaxation and entertainment.
The electric gate gives access to the private property with a 4-bedroom villa, 2 living rooms with open kitchen, a large private pool (10 x 5m) equipped with solar panels for extra heating from May to October, 3 ground-level outdoor terraces, a small garden, an outdoor kitchen/pool bar, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor shower and a laundry and ironing room.
Those who prefer a spot of shade next to the pool can do so under the spacious pergola or the under the shade sail of 40m² at the outdoor kitchen/pool bar with an additional lounge corner
Interior description:
The living area of this villa is 250m². The living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning cooling/heating. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls (high-speed fibre).
On the ground floor there is a separate lockable flat consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed, TV with Blu-ray Disc/DVD player, an open kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster etc., a bedroom with double bed and large built-in wardrobe, a storage room, a bathroom with double sink, large shower and toilet. Finally, there is a covered, lockable terrace with a large built-in wardrobe and a dining area, followed by a spacious open terrace with electric blinds.
The first floor is accessed via an external staircase and includes a spacious living room with 2 large sofas, Smart TV with IPTV decoder (Internet Protocol Television) with more than 150,000 free TV channels, an open kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dishwasher, combi oven, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto espresso machine, toaster etc. and a breakfast bar.
The spacious, covered terrace can accommodate 10 people for dining together and also has an electric sunshade.
The master bedroom has a double bed, a small desk, a spacious built-in wardrobe, a private terrace with sea views and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a spacious built-in wardrobe and an identical bathroom en-suite.
The third bedroom has a double bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and a separate bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, a sink and a toilet.
From the covered terrace, stairs lead up to the 50m² roof solarium/terrace where you can enjoy breathtaking sea views while relaxing in the spacious lounge area.
By the pool is the outdoor kitchen/pool bar with large gas barbecue, ceramic hob, sink, large fridge/freezer and a big shade sail with under it another long club table in trespa that seats 10 table guests and a hugh lounge corner. Location and surroundings of object
Our villa is situated in a quiet residential area as the last house in a cul-de sac. Here you are not bothered by passing traffic, pedestrians or nosy neighbours.
MORAIRA
Moraira is a small coastal town located in the beautiful mountainous north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca. The town is conveniently located between Alicante and Valencia airports (about 90 km from each).
The surrounding region has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt countryside and many small villages to explore.
The town itself has grown pleasantly from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and rest resort, retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe. It is also particularly popular with Spanish holidaymakers from Madrid and Valencia.
Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, seafood restaurants and harbour-side bars, and best of all, it has still managed to retain its Spanish character.
Beaches
The two main sandy beaches slope gently into the Mediterranean; both have been awarded the EEC's prestigious Blue Flags for cleanliness and are well maintained and very safe for family swimming.
Leisure & recreation
Padel, tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire and trips, horse riding, go-kart tracks for both adults and children, a small fairground and three good nightclubs for all ages are all available in Moraira.
Golf
Three great golf courses can be visited a few minutes' drive from Moraira.
Eating out
Moraira offers many good-quality restaurants, including eight Michelin-recommended restaurants in the immediate area, three of which are Michelin-starred and not too expensive.
Excursions
Easily accessible by car are some larger towns that are well worth a visit: Javea, Calpe, Denia and Altea can all be reached within 15 km, while Benidorm is about 30 km away. There are many sights you can visit on a day trip. Besides the other coastal towns, you can also explore the spectacular inland and mountainous surroundings, including the magnificent fort on top of Mount Guadalest, the Vergal Safari Park near Denia, Europe's largest palm grove in Elche and the old town of Murcia.
Valencia (Spain's third largest city) is an hour and a half away. Barcelona (the second largest city) and the capital Madrid are both a four-hour drive away and can all be reached via an excellent motorway.
Spain's alternative to Euro Disney - Port Adventura - near Barcelona, is about a four-and-a-half-hour drive away.
Markets
If you like open markets, besides the weekly Friday market next to the beach, you can plan a visit to the various markets in neighbouring towns and villages every day of the week.
Apart from enjoying the bustling Spanish activity, you can buy excellent and cheap fresh fruit and vegetables, local specialities, herbs and spices, leather goods, clothes, carpets, fresh and silk flowers, souvenirs, pottery and a whole variety of other goods.
Fiestas
As in the whole of Spain, numerous fiestas (festivals) are held in the region throughout the year; with specific fiestas in April, June, July and November in Moraira itself.
Locals
Moraira's locals are extremely friendly and patient with foreign visitors. It is not surprising, as in addition to farming, they rely on tourism for their livelihood.
With a large European residential community, there is a pleasant international atmosphere in the area. Most people are happy to speak English with you and even happier if you make a small attempt to speak Spanish.
Climate
Moraira has a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by the surrounding mountains from cold north winds in winter. The area averages almost 3,000 hours of sunshine a year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.
In 1986, the World Health Organisation recommended the area's climate as one of the most equitable in the world; not too hot in summer and not too cold in winter. On average, the area boasts 325 sunny days a year, making it an ideal year-round destination.

Perfect vacation
It was an all-around perfect vacation. We were 6 adults and 3 children, and the accommodation could not have been better for us. We could do everything on foot (great supermarket nearby). A really great beach with beautiful access to the sea, and the accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures, especially the rooftop terrace with sea view, as well as the outdoor kitchen and the pool, which we loved. Joana was always reachable and super nice. We would love to come back!

We highly recommend this holiday home to everyone. Beautiful location, fully equipped, and a short walk from several bars and restaurants. The pool is regularly checked and maintained. Just a delightful vacation.

Ein perfekter Urlaub
The vacation was simply great, the house was as described and everything worked perfectly from booking to departure. Communication with the owner was excellent and also with the person on-site in charge of the house. We really have nothing to complain about and we will definitely come back again.

ENJOY in this beautiful villa
This modern sea view villa and the location are absolutely beautiful, very quiet, private, and everything is present. Within walking distance, you will find bars, restaurants, a large supermarket, and beaches. The swimming pool with outdoor kitchen/pool bar, multiple terraces, and pergola were great for enjoying the sun or the shade. Frank is service-oriented and helpful!
