Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to the view of the lake from the property and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture.

Lazise. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. View of the lake. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking space on the property. Car space on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep). The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. It is located 50 meters away in another facility.

Shopping 600 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 900 m. In summer: Lake Garda 800 m in Lazise (beach 1000 m in Lazise with sand and pebbles).

Kitchenette with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer compartment), and microwave. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet, bidet, and window.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed in the property.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
Please observe quiet hours, particularly from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
