Description

The holiday apartment is located in a house built in 1995 and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area, in a residence, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property over the lake. Available for use: sun lounger.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 7 m x 12 m, 1.5 m deep). The pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. There are no sun loungers or parasols available at the pool. 2 deck chairs available in each apartment.

Distances
Shopping 600 m, restaurant 250 m, town center 900 m. In summer: Lake Garda 700 m in Lazise (beach 1000 m in Lazise with sand and gravel). Lake Garda offers a varied entertainment program for all ages, such as mountain biking tours, windsurfing, sailing, horse riding, or hiking tours. But also free climbing or paragliding are available to holidaymakers.

Living/bedroom with 2 additional beds on couch/sofa, TV and access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas stove (4 flames), dishwasher, refrigerator and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC and bidet.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning (26.06.27-28.08.27), parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, pool, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: local tax by local tariff (if charged). The parking and the pool are much appreciated, but with the cleanliness, we were unfortunately not satisfied.
