Villa Rozhica is a new, beautiful and modern luxury villa with a private pool and whirlpool suitable for 8 people. It is equipped with high-quality designer furniture. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a view of the large swimming pool (48 m2), a beautifully landscaped garden and green surroundings. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and one en suite bedroom with its own bathroom, which is specially equipped and suitable for people with disabilities, is located on the ground floor of the house. On the second floor there are three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a balcony. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers parking for 3 cars. If you are planning a relaxing vacation with your family or friends, a quiet vacation in luxury but in a secluded location, this is the right place for you. Pets and party groups of younger people are not allowed.

In the middle of South Istria on the road Pazin-Pula, on a rocky plateau surrounded by forests, meadows and vineyards, with its castle, churches and bell tower is located Sanvincenat. Rovinj and its beaches are only 20 kilometers away from the town. Savičenta is a small town with a few coffee bars, restaurants, pizza restaurants and mini markets.
