This dreamlike holiday home with 120m² has a large lakeside terrace and is located directly on Lake Malchin. The thatched roof was newly covered in 2017. The part of the holiday home that you rent is 120m² in size, offering optimal comfort for up to 7 people. If you like it spacious, you can rent from 1 person. Ideal for 2 - 5 people.
The house has a very spacious living room with TV, two bedrooms (with two and three beds respectively, two more people could sleep on a sofa bed in the living room), two bathrooms, one with a large shower and bidet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.

It was completely renovated in 2013 with high-quality materials, all doors and windows are made of real wood.

You can fish on Lake Malchin. A rowing boat and a pedal boat are available.
White-tailed eagles and ospreys can be easily observed from the terrace. At night you can see a fantastic starry sky. The surroundings are very quiet. The nearest shopping facilities are in Teterow.
Up to two parking spaces (one behind the other) are directly in front of the door.

The Bristow Renaissance church is the oldest and most beautiful Protestant village church in Mecklenburg.
The old mountain ring town of Teterow is 8 kilometres away, the pearl of Mecklenburg Switzerland with many restaurants and all the usual supermarkets
The beautiful Waren (Müritz) is approx. 26 km away.

Cancellation terms:
The tenant can cancel the rental agreement at any time or provide a substitute tenant.
• For a cancellation up to the 91st day before the start of the rental period, a flat fee of 10% of the rental price is due, but at least 100.00 euros. If an advance rental payment has already been made, the remaining amount will be refunded.
• For a cancellation from 90 to 31 days before the start of the rental, the deposit paid of 30% of the rental price is due as compensation.
• For a cancellation from 30 to 8 days before the start of the rental, 75% of the rental price is due as cancellation fees.
• For a cancellation from 7 days to one day before the start of the rental, the full rental price must be paid.
• There are no refunds for non-arrival or termination of the trip. In case of no-show, the vacation property will be vacated 2 days after the scheduled arrival date. The right to occupy the property then ceases to exist. A fee of 50.00 euros is charged for a substitute tenant. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. The declaration for cancelling the booking or providing a substitute tenant is effective from the day it is received in writing (by post, fax, or email) by the owners.
Should entry to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania be generally prohibited due to a coronavirus-related measure, the stay can be canceled free of charge.

Tips for things to do in the area:
- The Haussee at Schlosshotel Schorssow is a beautiful bathing lake with a bathing island and a clean bathing area. The walk around the lake takes about 50 minutes. Afterwards you can enjoy a coffee at the Schlosshotel.
- There are of course many restaurants in the area. We had particularly good experiences at the Waldgaststätte Uns Hüsung in Teterow and the Gasthaus zur Kastanie in Moltzow.

My husband and I fell in love with this beautiful spot in 2014 and bought two of the three parts of the house, combined them into one large unit and extensively restored it. Since we repeatedly observed sea eagles and ospreys during our stays there, our house was given the name "Haus Adlerblick". We ourselves live in Brandenburg and work. Therefore, our manager Mr Leitner is the contact person for our guests on site. But of course we are also available if there are any questions or wishes.
