This dreamlike holiday home with 120m² has a large lakeside terrace and is located directly on Lake Malchin. The thatched roof was newly covered in 2017. The part of the holiday home that you rent is 120m² in size, offering optimal comfort for up to 7 people. If you like it spacious, you can rent from 1 person. Ideal for 2 - 5 people.
The house has a very spacious living room with TV, two bedrooms (with two and three beds respectively, two more people could sleep on a sofa bed in the living room), two bathrooms, one with a large shower and bidet. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.

It was completely renovated in 2013 with high-quality materials, all doors and windows are made of real wood.

Up to two parking spaces (one behind the other) are directly in front of the door.

The Bristow Renaissance church is the oldest and most beautiful Protestant village church in Mecklenburg.
The old mountain ring town of Teterow is 8 kilometres away, the pearl of Mecklenburg Switzerland with many restaurants and all the usual supermarkets
The beautiful Waren (Müritz) is approx. 26 km away.

Cancellation terms:
- Der Mieter kann jederzeit vom Mietvertrag zurücktreten oder einen Ersatzmieter stellen.
- Für einen Rücktritt bis zum 91. Tag vor Mietbeginn wird eine Gebührenpauschale von 10 % des Mietpreises fällig, mindestens jedoch 100,00 Euro. Bei einer bereits geleisteten Mietvorauszahlung wird der Restbetrag erstattet.
- Bei einem Rücktritt ab 90 bis 31 Tage vor Mietbeginn wird die geleistete Anzahlung von 30 % des Mietpreises als Entgelt fällig.
- Bei Rücktritt ab 30 bis 8 Tage vor Mietbeginn sind 75 % des Mietpreises als Stornogebühren fällig
- Bei Rücktritt ab 7 Tage bis einen Tag vor Mietbeginn ist der volle Mietpreis zu bezahlen.
- Bei Nichtantritt oder bei Abbruch der Reise gibt es keinerlei Erstattungen. Bei Nichtanreise wird das Ferienobjekt 2 Tage nach dem Anreisetermin wieder vakant gesetzt. Ein Recht auf Bezug des Objektes besteht dann nicht mehr. Für einen Ersatzmieter wird ein Entgelt in Höhe von 50,00 Euro berechnet. Wir empfehlen Ihnen eine Reisekostenrücktritts-Versicherung. Die Erklärung zum Rücktritt von der Buchung oder der Stellung eines Ersatzmieters ist von dem Tage an wirksam, an dem sie schriftlich (per Post, Fax, oder E-Mail) bei den Eigentümern eingeht. Sollte eine Einreise nach Mecklenburg-Vorpommern aufgrund einer coronabedingten Maßnahme allgemein verboten sein, kann der Aufenthalt kostenfrei storniert werden.

Tips for things to do in the area:
- The Haussee at Schlosshotel Schorssow is a beautiful bathing lake with a bathing island and a clean bathing area. The walk around the lake takes about 50 minutes. Afterwards you can enjoy a coffee at the Schlosshotel.
- There are of course many restaurants in the area. We had particularly good experiences at the Waldgaststätte Uns Hüsung in Teterow and the Gasthaus zur Kastanie in Moltzow.

My husband and I fell in love with this beautiful spot in 2014 and bought two of the three parts of the house, combined them into one large unit and extensively restored it. Since we repeatedly observed sea eagles and ospreys during our stays there, our house was given the name "Haus Adlerblick". We ourselves live in Brandenburg and work. Therefore, our manager Mr Leitner is the contact person for our guests on site. But of course we are also available if there are any questions or wishes.
