Welcome to Villa Nala! *** NOW WITH FLY SCREENS IN THE BEDROOMS****
Our holiday home is located in beautiful Narbonne-Plage in southern France in the Les Jardins de la Clape complex, in immediate proximity to the beach. In just 5 minutes on foot you can reach the endless, gently sloping beach on the Mediterranean coast.
The house has a large, fenced, south-facing terrace of approx. 50 sqm, which is planted with Mediterranean plants and thus offers good privacy. Here you can relax on the sun loungers and, of course, also enjoy the day comfortably at the dining table. A sunshade is naturally also part of the equipment.
On the ground floor there is the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster, and all the kitchen utensils you need.
There is also a guest WC on the ground floor, a wardrobe, and the comfortably furnished living room with a couch where the whole family can relax together.
Free Wi-Fi is also available, as well as an internet radio and an internet-enabled TV. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a small balcony where you can enjoy the sun. In this bedroom there is a bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a large built-in wardrobe.
In bedroom 2 there are two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm, and also a spacious built-in wardrobe.
An additional sleeping place can be created by pulling out the sofa bed in the living room. A stair gate is available so that the staircase can be secured from above. Two children's chairs are also available for our little visitors.
Both bedrooms are equipped with fans.
Villa Nala has a parking space for a car in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr gepflegt und angenehm, und die Menschen vor Ort sind durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit – man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier grossgeschrieben wird.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: In nur wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man sowohl den wunderschönen Strand als auch das Zentrum von Narbonne-Plage mit seinen Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zudem bietet die Region insgesamt unglaublich viel – von eindrucksvollen Landschaften über kulturelle Sehenswürdigkeiten bis hin zu zahlreichen Freizeitaktivitäten.
Ein grosses Lob geht auch an die Vermieterschaft: Der Kontakt war jederzeit herzlich, unkompliziert und sehr zuverlässig. Man fühlt sich bestens betreut.
Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Great house
We were in this wonderful house for the first time with our two children! The location is ideal. In less than 5 minutes, you are at the beach. The furnishings in the house are also great. Everything is available. The mattresses are also worth mentioning! Not sagging. You don't find that often!! The only thing that would be great is fly screens. We were completely bitten.
We will definitely come back!! The contact with the landlord was always super friendly and responses were quick.

Beautiful holiday home for a relaxing vacation.
The holiday home is located close to the beach in a quiet and well-maintained residential complex. Despite the heatwave during our stay, it was pleasantly cool in the house, provided that the shutters were kept closed. Everything one needs was really available in the house. The contact and willingness to help with any questions from the rental office Fütterer and also the owner were great. We can only recommend the house. We do have a suggestion for improvement: mosquito nets in front of the windows and doors would be useful.

Relaxing vacation!
The house was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Nothing was missing. The great beach and grocery stores (bakery, fruit and vegetable shop, butcher, small supermarket) are within a few minutes' walk. The contact with the landlord and the local manager was smooth and reliable. The house is located in a very well-maintained and quiet complex.
We can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nala.

Pure vacation in an excellent accommodation!
Cleanliness
In this regard, there is nothing to criticize. We found a perfectly maintained accommodation and made an effort to leave it in the same condition.
Accuracy of the listing
All listed items (and much more) were available.
Location
Restaurants, shopping options, and public transport are very easily accessible. What was crucial for us was the proximity to the beach. Simply great for families with children. The surroundings are rather quiet. Cars don't move from their place too often.
Amenities and Comfort
The kitchen is excellently equipped. One can manage without air conditioning if doors and flaps are closed according to the time of day. WiFi + Smart TV are an absolute plus.
Communication with the Host
Absolutely top. Always reachable and helpful.
Value for Money
For us, the accommodation was priced according to the service provided. We would not forgo the performance to achieve a lower price elsewhere. An absolutely exemplary accommodation.
Everything has really been thought of. Even beach items (umbrellas, diving goggles, balls, etc.) are available. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable.
