Villa Lady Maris is a newly built property that offers a very comfortable and spacious interior of 360sqm, located on the fenced plot of 1000sqm. It is furnished with high quality offering all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay, fully air-conditioned and with free WiFi. Villa offers several different outdoor sitting areas, a whirlpool attached to a swimming pool, a Finnish sauna. Organized on 3 levels, villa Lady Maris offers 5 bedrooms accommodating a maximum of 10 people. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony or a terrace, and there is a nice sea view from the property.
Villa Lady Maris is located in nice South-East position of Slatina area only 70m from the beach, on island Čiovo connected with a bridge with famous town Trogir with great historical and cultural attractions, under UNESCO offers all needed in walking distance, mini market (200m), beach (70m), water sports, restaurants (300m), bars (200m), massage service....or you can take a nice walk to Slatine beach and the Cape Čiovo (4km) with amazing views on Split. The town Trogir is a real living museum in every sense of the word, with romantic courtyards, cultural and historical monuments, art and original architecture. You can learn a lot about the complex heritage of this city. The airport is only 11 km away, and the famous town Split is only 30 km from the villa.
Villa Lady Maris offers:
* The outdoors: Private and heated swimming pool 11m x 4m, with attached Whirlpool (both with the same no-Chlorine system), a spacious sun deck area with 10 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, a dining table and 2 sun umbrellas. From the other side of the property, there is another outdoor dining area with the barbecue, a lounge corner, two sun umbrellas and nice sea views.
* The ground floor: A spacious and very comfortable living room with flat screen TV, air-conditioning, glass doors toward the outdoor dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for your culinary expertise, an espresso coffee maker DeLonghi, microwave oven...and other needed amenities, a dining table with glass doors toward outdoor dining area. There is a Finnish Sauna room with a shower and glass doors toward the pool area, a very pleasant 15 sqm room for your absolute relaxation. On the ground floor, in the hallway is also a laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. A separate toilet.
* The first floor offers: Bedroom No1 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm with sea views, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, a terrace with sea views. Bedroom No2 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm with sea views, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, a balcony with sea views. Bedroom No3 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm overviewing the pool, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning, a balcony with views on the pool and the neighbourhood.
* The 2nd floor offers: Bedroom No4 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm with a spacious balcony with opened sea views, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioned. Bedroom No5 with king size bed 180cm x 200cm with a terrace overviewing the pool, en-suite bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning.

You can have a nice tour of Krka waterfalls (1-hour drive), try some adrenalin sports on Čiovo like taking a tour with jet skis, a quad tour or explore the Čiovo island with nice walking trails.
