A new completely equipped apartment with own pool is located in Novigrad, Istria. Apartment is about 70 m2 big and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with a modern kitchen and a big terrace with own pool and outside grill. The apartment is located in a very quiet area only couple of minutes walk to the beach. Picturesque center of Novigrad is 15 minutes away from the apartment. Supermarket, grocery store, market is all nearby and within walking distance. Novigrad offers beautiful hiking and biking trails that are beautiful in every season.

Our apartment is located in Novigrad, Istria and can be reached by car from the border with Slovenia in 30 minutes. You take highway direction Pula, third access is Novigrad. The apartment is on the ground floor in a building with 4 apartments. The location is very quiet, from the beach and marina about 400 m away. r Picturesque center of Novigrad is 15 minutes away from the apartment. Supermarket, grocery store, market is all nearby and accessible on foot or by bike.

A relaxed family holiday with a dog?
Dear Irena, thank you very much for the stay in the flat, we were very satisfied
Equipment of the flat, top, nothing is missing
The flat is very modern and stylish, located on the ground floor with a beautiful garden
Everything corresponds to the description.
The pool/barbecue is great. The beach is about 500m away on foot.
Irena is always available, speaks perfect German.
We had a wonderful 10 days, we would recommend the flat. ???TOP.

Holiday flat to feel good
The flat is top. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. It is ideal for a family with 2 children or for 2 couples. We were 4 adults and one child, which was perfect. The landlords are very nice and friendly and always approachable. A wonderful holiday!
