Beautiful apartment near the beach, centrally located yet quiet. Ideal for one person or two who get along well. The bedroom is accessible via a rather steep spiral staircase - that is very picturesque, but not ideal for older people. The apartment is well equipped and very clean.

The apartment is in good condition, it is very centrally located and you can reach everything quickly on foot. The house is a bit off the road and therefore very quiet. The balcony has a pleasant size. The living / kitchen area is well equipped. The bathroom is very bright with the two windows and has a pleasant size. The bedroom is on the top floor. The staircase is very steep. So you should be good on foot. The apartment is generally very bright, which I personally appreciate very much. For me alone, the apartment was optimal, even for two people it is very pleasant, but I would not recommend it for more people.
